Normally FedEx is good, but I paid additional money to have my package delivered on wednesday. All of my text messages and emails however indicated it would be delivered on Tuesday. When calling up FedEx customer service they go it'll be delivered by Wednesday or by Wednesday means Tuesday which is not what I paid for. The outsourced a lot of help so it's difficult to understand. So what happened the package was delivered on Tuesday despite the fact that I had a sign on the door to FedEx not to deliver it showed them the document also attached to my door that I was going to have delivery on Wednesday and the FedEx delivery guy which is not a FedEx employee I get it dropped the package on the ground and discussed I guess cuz I wasn't home to take the package. Today they get a one-star

I get packages there all the time and have a p.o. box and the people that work there are excellent. They even packaged a package for me and they did a fantastic job. Plus are helpful and we'll get things for you out of your car or put them in if you need help. They go the extra mile to make sure the customers is happy.

One star is too high of a rating for you all!!! Everything I order that is shipped through FedEx is delivered to the wrong address!!!! I have called and complained and it continues to happen!!! The driver is not looking at the house number!!! This has gone on since I moved here 9 months ago!!!! If I had known the latest order I placed was shipped by FedEx, I would have ordered it from someone else!!! I order because something are too large for me to manage getting in and out of the car by myself, and I live alone!!!! READ THE HOUSE NUMBER THAT IS CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE HOUSE AND MAILBOX!!!!!!!

A few months ago I was expecting two packages and when I received the photo of where they were delivered to it wasn't even my address. However I found the location per the photo and people were denying they had my packages!! Also in Nov I was expecting equipment to be delivered for my work and FedEx Pulled in my driveway and left so I jumped in my car and waved the FedEx guy down and asked if he was looking for me and he said yeah but I didn't think it was the right address SMH ?As to why he would think that is beyond me why would you leave an address without leaving the package ? All I'm saying is they need to do a better job of actually making sure the delivery is where it supposed to be and not drop off items wherever they want to.
