Absolutely worst store ever to get any thing from!! we had gotten an appliance set, switch, and a computer set, We have always been early and on time paying for our things. They have harassed us continuously, they didn’t give me a courtesy call for a payment or that it was due. They just started to show up and harassed me and then would sit outside my house for 30 mins and then would finally leave even after talking to them! This place is trashy, has workers that can’t even do their job right at all it’s a pathetic place to rent anything from, The manager says he will get things taken care of but won’t and is always EXTREMELY RUDE!! The building is falling apart from the rain and ceiling tiles is falling in. Customers can’t even come in the building without tripping hazards. They let the rain come thru the ceiling and also get onto the products. It’s a very pathetic place. Definitely don’t rent from them! They sell broken down furniture etc.

Got a sleeper sofa from these guys paid early ever month for 8 months and everything was good until the Frame on the bed broke at no fault of my own and they give me the run around for almost two months until finally I told them to come get it...right after they left I went to American rental on east stone drive and got a nice sectional cheaper then what I was paying for that junk sleeper sofa

This store is a load of crock. They tell you you have a month to make a payment after you set it up for a month then come and take the stuff before the payment is due. Long with they tell people they are getting brand new stuff it but actually used. I know this for a fact I will never shop here again. My boyfriend worked there and that when we got the stuff and ever since he quit they have harassed us and don't even call to tell someone the have a payment. Worse store ever. Don't even go there.

WHO EVER THE NEW MANAGMENT IS ARE RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXP. I CALLED A MONTH AGO AND NOONE COULD TAKE MY PAYMENT? THE MANGER WAS NO WHERE IN CONTACT, THEN IM CALLED AND CHARGED A LATE FEE?? THEN MY PRODUCT IS FALLING APART i ASKED FOR THEM TO REPAIR IT AND TO BE CONTACTED AND NOTHING HAPPENED.. i HAVE BEEN WITH THIS STORE IN KINGSPORT FOR 3 PLUS YEARS BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE TEAM... IM DONE WITH IT!!

This location has one of the best managers ever. Tommy has a great personality and trust his best to always do what is right. No matter what this is the place to go. Something's are high yes but for those who can't afford to go just out thousands of dollars on furniture, come to EZ Rentals on Stone Drive in Kingsport TN. I have bought several items to complete different rooms in my home. You also have the option to pay the cash price within six months known as (6 months same as cash). They have some beautiful furniture pieces at this location. Great doing business with you.
