Customer service is bad in the gun department and everywhere else too. Employees all gathered at one register talking loudly across the whole store while having to wait 20+ minutes on assistance. Not to mention the place is very hot and smells horrible.

I was in there to buy ammo and maybe a new pistol I saw I didn't have. 20mins later still no one at sporting goods dept. No help and didn't have the ammo after I looked online and it says in stock. I was not the only one looking for help. Last time I go here. Customer service is terrible?

Over priced and seemed dirty. There was a musty smell in there like possibly a water leak somewhere.

Great outdoor sporting store. They have a great selection of fishing supplies at a good price. Also have a good stock of hunting supplies, and outdoor clothing.

The store was sold out of the specific treestand I wanted . I asked the management if the would sell me the display ,and they told me they wouldn't sell the display until after hunting season is over which is understandable. He said to check back in a week or so to see if any more stands might come in on a shipment. So I checked in every week . Now hunting season is over I asked if they would sale me the display only to be lied to again, now his excuse is he will only sale it if gets discontinued. I will never shop here again . The management is untrustworthy.
