Second time I've been to this wash and both times are not good. The first time I assumed it was due to me getting the "cheaper wash" but the second time I opted in for the more expensive and added the up charge for an extra coating. Had three guys spray and wash for a bit before entering the automatic wash and still came out with every splotch, smudge, and bird poop left untouched. Very disappointing considering how new and over hyped this place is.

Just went thru this joke of a car wash. Never again. Two kids standing there to spray down the car as you enter and couldn't be bothered and it showed. The brushes barely touched our vehicle. The last brush that polishes never even came down! $20 dollars later and it's still dirty!!

This place deff turned their nightshift around by getting rid of the lazy kids that were on evening shift and the quality of their work really shows!!! Kudos to Doug for turning things around...I'm deff a customer for life

Never again!!! Unless you want your car damaged.
Loved the super high tech big screen they had pulling up so someone didn’t need to guide you onto the track and how clean my car came out mostly - however - my BMW now has chipped paint all over the front of my car. Totally unacceptable!!! I thought it was dirt specs and no I have actual damage to the front end of my car where the paint has been chipped off after going through this car wash. I informed the attendant and he said oh no our car wash wouldn’t do that and asked if I wanted to run it through again. I said umm no thank you considering it has damaged my car which clearly you can see. I’ve never ever had this experience before at any other car wash in my entire life with any car. I normally go to Take 5 Car Wash and never has this happened. Very upset and disappointed, how can this be ok?!

My wife and I had the Dougs car wash 29.99 plan for a few months. The staff are friendly as can be. The option to do touchless is an absolute +++. The car wash did good I had no real issues with my truck (2022 F250). The guys that prewash are hit and miss but we are human and thats that. The problem lies with the vacuum attachments and air guns. The vacuum attachments were either partially or fully clogged alot of my visits. The air guns either did or didnt work. The cleaning bays had trash on the ground or clay dirt. Alot of the issues could be solved with a little pre opening maintenance or a little attention thru the day. Now we have since canceled our membership due to 1 -trying another car wash. (Review coming) and 2- Other car wash has a discount for 2nd, 3rd and 4th vehicle which Dougs as I was told does not offer. Considering Kingsport has plenty of car washes, shop around. It was kind of hard to cancel my membership as I couldnt get thru by phone and had to message on facebook as well. I finally got canceled after a few days. I would also take in consideration that Dougs only has two locations versus the other car washes if your a traveler.

Dynamite. This wash is unique. Your vehicle rides on a conveyor system rather than a rack you have to line your vehicle up which most of the time scratches your wheels. Less abrasive and pressure wash minimizing scratches on the paint.

I pay the monthly premium for two vehicles so I’m here a lot. Pretty good wash; the vacuum stations have various issues. Lately, the Halloween craze scares the piss out of my small children, so that kinda sucks but overall pretty decent spot.

Won’t ever be back their to wash my car it damaged my car antenna that was on perfectly tight but broke the bolt and was told sorry it happened that it had to buy the parts to fix it
