Unorganized, friendly young man, lack of help , needs more employees

Terribly unorganized and there's only one young lady who is nice and pleasant to interact with. All the other employees have 0 personality and -0 customer service skills. I can't recall the kind young lady's name but she was my cashier in this visit.
