Don't have it in me to leave one star cause they never did me wrong in past and always had what I was looking for. Always came here when needed something. They have everything under the sun and more specific things you need versus bigger stores. Never did me wrong on keys, plumbing needs, and I'm sure many have said same. Do have to make sure you get the right things cause they got rules on returns. It is right down the road from my home as it always been but this time around I don't know if I be back. Last time I came in here with my wife they treated her so poorly I said honey we leaving. Y'all probably lost a loyal customer and his family whose been going here for a long time and that makes me upset cause Lowes and Home Depot don't always have the right caulk and other simple things I need. Walk in for something and instead of letting me look around for the things I need as usually do, kept getting pushier and pushier. I don't need someone shopping for me. I didn't feel like they was offering help but trying to push me in and out. I was being tailed by whole staff just going to where plumber putty was. Wife comes in behind me cause we always go inside stores together, she don't like sitting in truck by herself, they told her stand at counter I'd be back there only a minute. It wasn't just what he said it was how he said it too. Hurt her feelings bad. Never had this from this place. If she wanted to come back where I was and look at things she had right too. We aren't thieves and we aren't bad people but sure was treated as such. I know times have changed and local businesses been having rough patches for a while, but I don't participate in such rudeness especially to my wife. I might be back now I think about it but it be a while. Call me what you will but I am man enough to say that hurt me to see the usual nice folks in there be so rude. Maybe they just had bad day. Things ain't the same anymore wherever you go.

Love and work at KOA. 3 miles away. Has a lot of our needs without driving a long way or dealing with crowds. Very friendly and helpful. Like using them. Have for years.

Such friendly people. I used to own my own hardware store, so I speak with some knowledge. I went in to have extra keys made for my classic car. Of course I cannot all them to guarantee the cut, but they all worked well.Highly recommend

My favorite hardware store. Colonial Heights Hardware has items I cannot find in other hardware stores. Convenient location in Kingsport.

There overpriced but I would buy items to support a small buisness in my neighborhood. There no return on open packages is just a bad policy and it earned them a lifetime ban from me and my family. They are a perfect example of how not to run a buisness.11$ product ended up costing them thousands in the long run. Yikes!

Colonial heights hardware is a place to go for good prices and excellent hardware selection. It's hard to find a store as good as this when you need items around the home or yard

Fantastic "old school" hardware store. They have pretty much everything, plus the knowledge & experience to answer any questions- unlike the big box stores.

Always have what I need. Needed a Polaris side-by-side key cut and they had the machine to do the work and did it with class and a smile.

Best place to get bolts for almost anything I've been going their for 10 years or longer excellent staff they have things you can't find any where. I would almost venture to say if they don't have it you can't get it.I love that place?

They had a great selection and very reasonable prices. They also make keys. And they sell air filters. And it felt good to shop with a small business instead of going to walmart.
