I have taken multiple items for repair and they have done great work. One piece in particular warranted this review. The Diamond Exchange went above and beyond in customer service and skill.
An error occurred with one of my repairs. It was an honest, human oversight. I thought the piece was compromised. This was not a super valuable piece- it was special and had sentimental meaning to me. Without hesitation they offered and took full responsibility. When I picked up the repaired piece for the second time- I was amazed. The amount of effort, labor and craftsmanship that they executed to correct the issue was incredible. Without extra charge to me. They restored my piece with the upmost of care and skill. It turned out beautiful. I am so impressed with this level of customer service and integrity. I will always patronize this business and recommend them highly.

Wonderful customer service! I‘ve been doing business with Diamond Exchange for nearly two years now, and have always had the best experience. We are very pleased with my wife’s diamond purchased from here.We decided to buy the stone from Diamond Exchange, as we were having the band custom built by an out of state jeweler. It fit perfectly! The team went above and beyond to help me find the best cut, carat size, and many other GIA criteria I was looking for. We even drove to Knoxville, but Diamond Exchange was able to find EXACTLY what we were looking for. My wife still gets compliments often!Whether it be the personable staff, the willingness to help find the perfect item, or simply adjusting links to my watches Diamond Exchange of Kingsport has been such a pleasure to do business with. Great place. Good deals. Layaway plan.Friendly staff. I got both of these from there. The round blue apatite stone I had & I needed a band for it. I found this one at a great price & they put the stone in for me. The square ring is a blue diamond. It was on sale! I used the Layaway plan & had it paid off in no time. Will do business with them always

Very friendly environment. The young man helping me was very knowledgeable and very meticulous in replacing the batteries in two of my watches. The work was done quickly and I felt as though the price was a bargain.
