The lady that works in the “office” part is extremely rude and when you go in for anything to do with Intoxalock she’s hateful and has an attitude with me. I called her to see if I could get come in for a calibration after work and she said “no, we only do calibrations from 9-2 and I’m not making an acceptation for you or anyone” it’s hard for someone who works Monday-Friday to get there by 2:00 and if I don’t get my device calibrated I’m screwed

Lady in front is definitely not very helpful or nice they she made me fill like i was an inconvenience being there and they have on the cheaper side of audio and have it way overpriced i would definitely recommend going somewhere else for audio or car repair

I went to Dashboard Audio to see if they would be able to check of why my Aftermarket remote start was not working on my 2011 FJ Cruiser. They were able to schedule me in just 2 weeks. They said that it was probably an issue were the battery had been replaced and the system my just need to be rebooted. I took it in and they checked it out. They solved my problem. When I went pay they said no charge. I said are you sure, they said no charge. I could have saw this if I had purchased the remote start from them, but I didn’t. So thank you so much, for your time and service.

I’d say go somewhere else. Anywhere else. The girl behind the counter is the grumpiest, rudest and most unpleasant person you will come across. She had a constant look of “you’re bothering me” on her face. Each time I was there, she made it clear I was an inconvenience. I saw her treat other customers the same way. Stay away from this place. It’s a terribly uncomfortable environment. There are so many other service centers to choose besides this one who are cheaper and are actually welcoming and friendly. I’d give this place less than a 1-star rating if I could. Horrible service.

I went in with my 16 yr old daughter and she was in the middle of being rude to what I gathered to be an interlock customer at the time. She continued to constantly cut my daughter off and question why she wanted certain items in her car. Our estimate was $900 + but after leaving my husband, daughter and I decided we would gladly pay more to be treated decently elsewhere. I believe her name was Amy, but they seriously need to work on their customer service! That was ridiculous and she made my child feel very uncomfortable.

One of the only local places that installs intoxalock for DUIs and the monthly price and calibration is ridiculous. Also, the lady who works the front here acts like she either hates working there or considers every customer to be stupid

Houston, I can’t thank you enough for your help! I have never purchased or had installation from Dashboard Audio, yet they were willing to help a stranger in need. I found myself in a situation and needed help to remove a front vent panel on a dashboard. I called around and they said “come in and we will see if we can help”. Just walking in from the street, Houston took a few minutes to show me how to remove the panel without hesitation! While it only took a few minutes of his time, it meant the world to me as I had been working with it for a week! Houston, Thank you so much for your help…I went home, replaced the radio fuse and it works beautifully!!! I can’t remember the name of the woman at the front but can tell you she’s extremely knowledgeable in her field and knows the business. Thank you again from a future customer!

Worst buying experience ever! Nice until they got my money. I should have known better just by looking around in store. No upkeep what so ever. Took forever for simple install. I bought sub and 2 speakers. Had car there at 9 am. Said it would be done by closing 4:30. I got out of there at 6:45pm. They still didn’t have sub hooked up. I finished it myself next day. The best thing for them to do is Close The Doors FOREVER!!! NEVER AGAIN…

The customer service is trash. The lady there acts bothered and is just short and choppy.
