A team member chose to be passive aggressive towards me after realizing she was in the wrong for not being at the front counter to assist me on an in-store pickup order. I had waited patiently for several minutes and then decided to ring a bell, however, still no one in sight. I decided to walk back to the pharmacy to ask if they could get some assistance at the front counter. While I’m talking to the lady at the pharmacy, the worker decides to yell out across the way and interrupt me as I’m still speaking. When I walked back to the front counter to finally get help, she decided to proceed without greeting me or apologizing that I had to wait. Maybe CVS should retrain this clown and teach her basic customer service. She had no sense of urgency and lacked all the basic skills to work in a customer service position. The sole purpose of an in-store pickup is the ability to get your items quickly without having to wait.

After sitting in line for 5-10 minutes, I pulled up to the window to have an employee stare me down as she closed at exactly 6PM even though it says they're open til 9 and i had been sitting in line waiting. Was told "we started closing at 6 on weekends, we'll be open again tomorrow at 10 PM." Last time I'll go to this location.

Each CVS has been very professional in handling my prescriptions, medical needs, and purchases. In changing Pharmacies after moving, I chose to stay with CVS based on the better cupons for purchases! These really help with household supplies, baby and dog supplies, and gifts!

This has to be the slowest CVS around. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I ended up saying F it and went inside. Bad mistake also they were 3 to 4 people waiting in line. I wish my F ING insurance would let my go to Walgreens down the road. It is more convenient and alot quicker then this slow a$$ place.

Needed emergency test strips for diabetes and I live in indiana.
Emily, sub from another store, helped me to send correct messages to doctor for script. Because I am also new to Medicare. 60$ or free. This is just one example as to why we use cvs. They are awesome. And the southern hospitality helped as well.

By the time I got out of the doctor and had arrived at CVS its was 5pm. I was the only one in line and was told it would be an hour before my medicine would be ready. There was multiple workers not doing anything but talking.THEY CLOSE AT 6. I didn't know because I never pick up medicine on Saturdays but the worker is suppose to know the hours.

THE WORST CVS EVER! 2 times my prescriptions have got sent here & both times they’re too lazy or don’t know how to fix insurance issues. I called the CVS at 128 Stone Dr & they got it figured out & I was able to pick them up within 30 mins. This place just wants you to pay out of pocket the full price. It is ridiculous. Also, sat in drive thru at the window for 1 hour! Go anywhere else!

Received a text notifying me that my order was ready for pickup within 4 days, yet when I arrived after just 3 days I was told the prescription had been pulled and put back. No explanation was provided, and I lost an extra 15 minutes of my lunch break as a result. Why do I order prescriptions in advance if they aren’t made ready in time for the scheduled pickup? Why was my order “put back”? How soon after the initial text do I need to arrive to keep my prescription? 30 minutes or less? Terrible service.
