I had a patient actively dying, I needed to call in a script to help them during their final moments but the pharmacy never answered the phone after 45 minutes of being on hold. The other 24 hour pharmacy did not have script. They never answered. My patient suffered because of their incompetence. Never choose this place. Subhumans work here. Zero stars.

Beware of two-for-one coupons (on vitamins / supplements) that have a surprise wIting for you at checkout. When I attempted to buy a bottle of vitamins (and get the 2nd one free), the cashier told me that I would have to "join" and become a member to get that price. But then, he needed to enter my name, e-mail, and home address, etc. The credit card reader prompted me then to join something called "Extra Care." I opted out of doing that. Then the reader declined my card so I would have to start over. Finally, after going 'round in circles, I stated that the process was taking too long. Indeed, the cashier told another customer to use self-checkout when I first started to submit my credit card. The cashier was incredibly rude, and tried to reverse the reality and imply it was my fault the process took so long. I recall that a couple of years ago, CVS did not require ANY personal information or a membership to receive 2-for-1 pricing. If you do not like aggressive sales tactics and rude employees, then stay away from CVS.

Never liked this pharmacy. Techs are rude here! Its hard even giving this Pharmacy a star. But after getting cut off asking a question about getting my prescription transferred to 4400 w stone CVS. My regular CVS. I was told repeatedly by the tech they dont transfer. Finally the pharmacist got on and said they will transfer. She needs training. If my Doctor sends a prescription to wrong location then the wrong location will fill it. Duh! She was the rudest person at a CVS ive ever had to talk too. She needs to find a job she likes instead if being a bi&@h to customers with concerns. You know who you are. Maybe consider a new career path. CVS needs to listen to the recording. Do better CVS!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Took my son to urgent care and he had the flu, it was later in the afternoon so I asked his doctor to call it in across the street because I didn't know if my local CVS would be open by the time I got there. I waited 30 minutes before I went to pick it up. it still wasn't ready and the lady told me that they were out of it and they were waiting on the pharmacy up the road to bring it that they would at closing. An hour later I got the medication and took my sick child home. I got home and the medicine WASNT EVEN MIXED!

Worst place in all of Kingsport!! The staff are a joke and are so rude. They could care less about you. They will talk and joke while you are standing there waiting to get your meds! Tried to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens and they even said they were a joke. Walgreens and to call my dr office to get my meds in there system!! How stupid is that!! Please do yourself a favor and not shop here.

The service was awful. I had to wait for 30 min for someone to come to window after everybody else left. They was Bradley anyone in line and I pressed the button several times. It's at night too so I don't know why they can't do their job. They do not ever answer the phone either which is also very frustrating. Overall terrible.

Every visit to this store is a nightmare. The pharmacy staff spends all their time being jerks and creating situations where customers are forced to wait long periods of time. I was told tonight it would be a 3 hour wait to buy a box of Sudafed because it would be placed in line behind the Rx in the queue to be filled when Sudafed just sits on the rack, they only check your ID. It requires no filling or label. It took over an hour for me to get my Rx refills last month. I immediately transferred them elsewhere. Two months ago, I cancelled Care Pass because I had a question the smart mouthed staff wouldn't answer for me. I was a CVS customer for 14 years. The staff member who wouldn't sell me Sudafed tonight was the last straw. She told me yes please call corporate because they don't care. After seeing the bad reviews all over the Internet I do believe corporate doesn't care. They must set policies within their company to ensure rudeness. Staff must be required to be overbearing.

Don't go here. My prescription was sent from a doctors office; when I arrived they said they hadn't received it yet, okay no problem. Went back about 45 mins later and they still hadn't received it . There were issues with the escript system. So I waited a little longer because it was supposed to be being sent. Went back about 2 hours it wasn't there and they hadn't even bothered to call the facility; tried to claim they didn't know where the prescription was coming from even though I told them the other times I had been there. I went and got a hard copy of the prescription and still had to wait 40-50 minutes for them to fill, while they filled others who hadn't been waiting as long as I had. So finally at 2:15 I got my prescription.
