I had a great experience with Ashley in the office! She is so sweet and was very helpful. She got back to me with answers to all my questions very quickly. She made a hard time a little easier and I would 100% recommend working with her!

IT used to be a good place to live but barely. Management use to care they don't now find a better place. The cost has increased, the amenities are lacking a few grills, and one gas grill is always empty. The hot tub is always closed, and now we have no courtesy officer because they ran the person off because they overworked...

I moved into Cross Creek about 3 months ago and have loved every minute of it. The staff are always a pleasure and go above and beyond. I haven't heard one complaint from the surrounding neighbors either. I feel completely safe inside and outside of my apartment. Maintenance has always been very prompt as well.
