John greiner I am getting this survey because the service is good but the management that runs the cricket store is not too good to me I'll talk to one on the phone and she got real rude with me after why my bill was high she said I had to go 147 me to go into her store to figure out what my I am a little bit upset with her hopefully they can get this straightened out and I know what my bill is for now on they did not explain all about the phone when I got the phone I don't know anything about nothing on this phone at all

I went into the store to upgrade one of the phone's on our account on Sept 25th. During that visit we also purchased a phone case. I asked the associate, Maria F., who happened to be the manager if it included a screen protector and was told no. Since this was for a 7 yr old and we didn't have time to order from Amazon before our trip, I also purchased the screen protector. When the manager was putting the case on the phone, a screen protector was also included. So I asked if we could return the other screen protector that was bought. I was told that they do not allow refunds but can put a credit on our account. It is almost a month later and still no credit. I have called and was told that they can't access my account over the phone. I came in the store and spoke with an employee named Emma. After spending 30 min in the store while she chatted with customer service and texting the manager that supposedly issued the credit, she was unable to help me. I was told that the manager, Maria would be back tomorrow to call customer service again and issue the credit. I asked if they could let me know if this was able to be done by a phone call because I have classes in Knoxville for the rest of the week and would not be able to come in person. I was told no that I would have to come in. What the hell man!! Just give me my credit for the product that was returned!! This is ridiculous. I've escalated it to corporate and hopefully I will eventually get the credit. This is ridiculous for just $20. I do not recommend this location at all. Super unprofessional and not knowledgeable about their business or products. They are not there to help the customers, only make profit from them.

Follow up I called to check today to see if Maria called customer service to have the credit applied and still nothing. When I tried to call the store, Emma the associate yelled over the phone and hung up on me twice. This is super unprofessional. They stole my money essentially because I still have no credit on my account and I do not have the product. I do not recommend this location at all. If you are a cricket wireless customer please go to any other location but this one you will only be greeted by unprofessional unknowledgeable people that are only out to profit from you. I finally had to contact the cricket wireless corporate and received my credit within minutes. I reported the unprofessionalism of this location. This was ridiculous to have dealt with over such a small amount of money.

Got cell service thru them. It's ok but I think with Metro by T-Mobile you get more GB of unlimited before they start to slow you down than you get with Cricket but that's just me and my opinion

This was my first visit to this particular store and I will never go to another. Best cricket store around. I learned some valuable information. Which says a lot since I've been a customer of cricket for the last 5 years

I would recommend Cricket Wireless to anybody good phones good service and if you need help they will help I have been with Cricket wireless for a long time and I am not going to another service

Been with cricket for years and have always been satisfied.. Caleb in Kingsport went above and beyond recently when I upgraded phones and added 2 new people to my account.. he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.. he deserves a raise.

The store is nice. Good people there who are bound by their company's regulations. Cricket has the absolute worse Customer service. Your money is not refundable. Once it is in their greedy little hands you can never get it back. Apparently NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON that works for this company is qualified to refund money. I recommend you go to Straighttalk or anywhere other than Cricket. Worse mobile service ever.
