Dr.Grey is the best Vet I have ever had or I have ever scene. He is so kind to all the pets and he also has a great Beside Manor. If you need a great Vet that cares about your Pet the same way you do- then Dr. Grey is your Vet! This entire Hospitial has the very best and friendest Staff you could ever have at any Hospitial or Dr Office. This Hospitial has taken care of all my pets and have been there when I had to have 2 separate doggies of mine- Toby (malmute) and Little One.(Teacup Pomie) Put down do to illness at 2 separate times. I can not say enough good things about this Staff and Hospitial! The one word I could use for Dr. GREY IS COMPASSION! He truly is one of a kind. Ps. I did have to see another older VET when my Teacup Yorkie was attacked by a Hugh Pit Bull- He also was amazing! He was so Gentle with my little Girl - He did say something or someone elce must have been in the room where she was attacked! Because it was so close to her Jugular (1/4 in away-) He said someone must have been watching over her and protecting her. He also said he has no doubt she would have died if the Pit Bull had of puctured her Jugular! He was as good as Gold to my little Girl SUGAR- (TEACUP Yorkie)! You won't find a better Vet in the Tri-Cities I am greatful and Blessed to say this is where TAKE All MY PETS TO THE VET! My God Bless and Keep you all. A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Dr Gray was not available for this appointment. We saw Dr Arnold and she was just as kind and professional as Dr Gray

If you have a big dog with anxiety issues going to the vet's office, DO NOT take them to this office. I made the appointment to get our big dog's nails clipped and sedation was our only option for him due to trauma in his past. They started by giving him meds to take before the appointment, which I think, after seeing the results, was a near overdose because of how he acted the entire day. We worried all day about his paused breathing and lethargy. After arriving, because he wouldn't accept a muzzle, they put a choke collar on him, ran the leash through the door, pulled tight, and PINNED him behind the door to give him the sedation shot. Traumatized is an understatement. It literally would have taken a snack and distraction to give him this shot, but instead, because they were scared of a dog that HADN'T EVEN REACTED WITH THEM, they chose the rough option that only increased overall anxiety in the dog. It's unprofessional and they proved to be very uneducated on how to handle dogs of this size and it is very disappointing. To top it all off, they did a horrible job at actual cutting his nails! The nurse came in and spent less than two minutes halfway cutting his nails while acting like he was going to wake up and eat her. SHE EVEN MISSED 2 WHOLE NAILS! I came to this office for assistance in calming our dog enough to trim his nails, and they couldn't even do what I asked for, plus added to his vet anxiety, and left us with a ridiculous bill to pay for. I am never going to be able to get him into a vet's office again, even for shots after this experience. So DO NOT bring your anxious dog to this office, it will only make things worse with a big price tag, and trauma for everyone involved.

From the moment I contacted to make the appointment, I knew I'd be working with some great professional people! Very friendly and caring, my pets seemed to warm right up to the nurses. I really appreciated the mannerisms of everyone we encountered and am so glad our friends referred us there for our pets' care! The waiting room us nice and spacious, too! People were coming in and out to drop their pets off for the weekend also, which is another perk of this location. We definitely appreciated the thorugh examination of all three of our kittens and our pup, too! Thanks so much to everyone there! We'll be back!

They have always cared for my pets. My parents have used CAH for years. There was a time when another vet in the area told us my dog just had a little cough and put him on what we thought were meds to help but turns out they were only vitamins. We took Duke (my boxer) here for a second opinion, he had an object in his lungs. The other vet told us nothing and they did an X-ray too. So CHAH sent him to UT in Knoxville, they did the surgery took out one lung and did other things. He lived a longer life with the help of meds but in my eyes they saved my best friend! Now I'm grown, he is longer here in flesh but spirit and this is the only place I trust with my animals! Thank so much for always being so nice and helpful â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
