“I promised my car if it got me through the move I'd give her a good cleaning lol. My first time here. It's very clean, the man at the entrance cleaned the tires and back of my car very well. The vacuums all worked and didn't dislodge (an experience I had at a different place). The grounds were free of clutter and there was plenty of towels and window cleaner. Will be a regular here.”
“I called to let them know that I don’t live around here and needed it done asap. they worked me in for 8am. I dropped my car off and talked with the owner. so friendly. I got my car back around 3:30 to it absolutely spotless. the majority (if not all) of my stains were completely removed. my car literally looked brand new inside and out. he informed me that some of the stains were very tough and may appear in time, but to just bring it back and he would work on them. for only being $207 (with discount), I was astonished. “This place was nice and quiet for the first self serve car wash I've been to, definitely wouldn't recommend using it to deep clean your car but it could probably do pretty good at washing salt off your car. The brushes were crushed and didn't work properly and made it difficult to clean my car well but it did the job it needed too.”
“I had a great experience at Ultimate Shine Car Wash! The associate, Anthony, helped me and was incredibly kind, he never made me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. He explained everything clearly, and because of how welcoming and helpful he was, I decided to sign up for the unlimited washes. My car looks great, and the customer service was even better. “Older carwash but, well maintained. Price is very affordable and hasn't changed since before Covid, during Covid and to current date. However, there isn't a posted name and number of responsible party that oversees the carwash and vending machines. Prices not clearly posted on some machines. If you should have a problem, your only alternative is to leave a note on the door in back. I use this specific carwash exclusively and highly recommend it to anyone who is price conscious but, that requires QUALITY.”

“Very nice and clean car wash. I was in and out in a jiffy. Plenty of vacuums, and car wash stalls. All the equipment worked. Person there checking all the equipment and was cleaning. Cleanest car wash in Kingsport. Will be using again for sure”

“The manager, Brandon, went above and beyond to take care of my car situation. I had been there the day before, and the bay I used was not working properly. ; the high pressure water would not work. As a result of that, soap and dirt dried on my car. When I explained what happened, Brandon was very professional and spent about an hour , thoroughly cleaning every stain off my car. It looked better than it had in a long time! As an added bonus, he added in some free washes. I highly recommend them.”

“Like every other automated car wash, it doesn’t get everything off my car like I’d prefer to see. But I’ve never come away with a problem on customer service at either the Kingsport or Johnson City sites.
In fact, I recently lost the sticker tag on the windshield when the cracked glass had to be replaced. I stopped at the Kingsport site and Peyton (maybe misspelled), the assistant manager, happened to be working. He went above and beyond to get me a new sticker and displayed the approach I always love to see. Big kudos to him and the company for hiring him.”
