Our van overheated and immediately took it to Carland. Wouldn’t even talk to us about the issue and said we’d have to bring it back later. Called Grants downtown Kingsport and were told to bring it in RIGHT THEN and that it was probably something simple. Got there and within 2 minutes it was in the bay being checked. They’re good people…great work.

I know when I take my cars to Chuck, he's going to do good, honest work. He's been working on my Ford's and Chevy's for years. His prices are very reasonable and he is very honest about what is going on with your car. If he can't fix it, he doesn't pull you along and recommends shops that specialize in what you need.

Called this place to ask about simple repairs on my car's cooling system, and the lady I talked to was very grumpy and unwelcoming, and got loud with me when I said I couldn't drop my car off until after 3pm. She instantly shouted "WELL I CANT GUARANTEE HE CAN HELP YOU!" No worries lady, I won't be calling this place ever again.
