The girls loved the birthday party here!! Unfortunately, you can’t sit at this bar to eat, the the girls ate their pizza In the floor of this store. There were no seating inside or outside for the birthday party. Just be prepared to bring your own tables and chairs. I guess I didn’t think to ask that. Maybe you have to request the aprons beforehand, also. But my girls had a blast and were easy to please.

The girls that work here are awesome!!! They are so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the products and lead the classes with enthusiasm and make sure everyone is having a good time.

My first visit was to Buff City Soap in Kingsport was this week and I will most definitely be returning. I'm totally loving their laundry products and their bath products. I think this is my new favorite place in Kingsport. Super friendly and helpful staff...I only wish I'd gotten her name. (Monday night) she was a great help.

The quality of their soap is amazing! I have very sensitive skin and the chemicals in other soaps leave my body feeling rough. This soap however has helped my skin tremendously. Ferocious Beast is my all time favorite smell but there are many other amazing smells to choose from. If your skin is sensitive and you want to get away from using chemical filled products, try them out!

I love the buff city in Kingsport!! Always excellent customer service, they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to help you find the right product. The store looks and smells amazing very clean and organized. Thank you to the general manager kayla for being so helpful !

We have been getting soap here since they opened. Great place to buy gifts for Birthdays and Christmas. Wonderful smells and enough scents for everybody in your family and all your friends.

I was driving by and seen this store and thought let’s stop in immediately I was greeted with excellent customer service from the general manager Kayla and was given information on the sales and deals which were awesome ? everything smelled so wonderful and the prices were awesome I will definitely be coming back to shop here
