They were fast with the repair and reasonably priced, however I always had to contact them for updates, even when my car was ready to be picked up. Other than that great mechanic shop and will be using them from here on.

Very happy with my recent service at Blue Ridge Motors. They worked me into their schedule quickly and took care of the work requested ….plus took care of some inspection items I had ask for. In fact they did a good overall inspection of my car. Thanks BRM!!!!

Excellent service, No pressure to sell you services you don’t really need. As long as I own a German-made car, they will continue to have my business. They are certainly worth driving from Johnson City to Kingsport

Always great service. However, the price for oil change and tire rotation was double what I normally pay. I should have asked prior to the work. Called VW dealership and they charge around $125. I will continue to use Blue Ridge for mechanical issues but no more regular maintenance. I will always get a quote prior to work being done.

They have always done excellent repairs and maintenance on my BMWs. They have incredible staff and mechanics on staff. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to the regular dealerships. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Motorworks.

Blue Ridge always does excellent work and stands behind it. The prices are reasonable, and they complete the work quickly. If they find anything upon inspection, they always check with me before taking any action. They’ve taken care of our cars for many years. We would not go anywhere else.
