Today I went into big lots, and noticed a younger couple trying to purchase a couch set. The older man who worked in the furniture department was called over to help them. They waited a while. The man was absolutely rude! He didn’t want to be there, he didn’t want to help them. But it was his job. The way he spoke to those young adults made me so mad. I really hope this is looked into. 11/09/24. The man was older and working in the furniture department.
Dear management Please don’t ignore this.

Fabulous!!! A great gentleman helped us in the bedding department and was knowledgeable and helped us immediately narrow down what was in stock. So options can be asked if availability, if needed right then.

Yesterday I wanted to purchase a couple of items I found on the clearance aisle. Neither one had a price. The cashier said well...I would have to get with the manager and then pull the manifest. She acted like it would be a really huge deal to find a price! I said that's okay I won't get them. I don't care if they were going to be 50 cents each, she didn't want to bother helping me. I left very frustrated. I usually love Big Lots, but NOT yesterday!

There is a reason for this company going bankrupt.I wanna know whyyyyy the prices are high as they are.Went in the other day for a tote,a small tote at that.15 bucks yea rt,put it back and found the same exact tote at Ross for $7.99.Anything I touch in there can be purchased elsewhere for cheaper.
