Rick is very accommodating with scheduling. The location of the shop is a little bizarre - in the midst of a residential neighborhood. I've had my car serviced here several times & have never had an issue. I will continue to have my car serviced here & have recommended the shop to a friend. NOTE: This shop does not accept credit cards!

He had my car over 2 months, for 9 hours of work! (is what I was billed for) He constantly would tell me "next week" or "by the end of the week".. I also picked up on an unpleasant attitude and tone more than once. BIG price tag for a lot of frustration.. and honestly, I wish I were more knowledgeable about cars because I also question the quality of the work.

He is knowledgeable and capable but not motivated. Only take your car if you want to leave it for a year or two. He managed to get my SL500 back to me in 8 months after it sat outside under Pine trees for the first 7 months. Unfortunately, it still has the same 2 warning lights on as when we took it to him. The interior and trunk had molded so I had to pay a detail company to steam clean everything.

I have had multiple Mercedes-Benz vehicles serviced at Benz Doctors over the past several years. The owner/mechanic at Benz Doctors is a very knowledgeable and experienced factory-trained Mercedes-Benz mechanic. He has worked on at least 3-4 of my vehicles, some older diesels and others were newer models. He uses German and OEM parts which work appropriately with the vehicle, not cheap Chinese parts. In my experience, Mr. Pannell (the owner), sets expectations appropriately on time to repair and he provides accurate quotes at reasonable rates. I have taken my vehicles to other specialist shops, but for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, Benz Doctors is definitely the winner.
