“I always went to O'Reilly's on the west coast, and I do the same here on the east coast. They guys and gals I've worked with there have been extremely helpful. They never try to give anyone the bum's rush just because a line is forming. They do what it takes to help each customer, and that really shines in a world where customer service is going the way of the dinosaur.I needed a part that was hard to come by, and the gentleman helping me at the register went out of his way to go looking around in the back storage area, and he found what I was looking for even though we couldn't find it anywhere on the shelves. That was awesome!!!”

“If I could give more stars, I would.The staff is exceptionally friendly. The two employees I have had interactions with the most over my vehicles have been Carleigh and Marshall. They are extremely helpful, super friendly, and eager to provide exceptional customer service. Justin and Wayne are the other employees I have had help from. Super friendly and helpful as well. These 4 employees are why I have rated this store a solid 5. It is nice to be able to shop for parts and get respectful help. These employees go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to all they have interactions with. The store is always clean and tidy.
