Online ordering was also easy and notified me telling me it’s ready to pick up. I found an RV battery here that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The warranty was also a selling point for me. “I always went to O'Reilly's on the west coast, and I do the same here on the east coast. They guys and gals I've worked with there have been extremely helpful. They never try to give anyone the bum's rush just because a line is forming. They do what it takes to help each customer, and that really shines in a world where customer service is going the way of the dinosaur.I needed a part that was hard to come by, and the gentleman helping me at the register went out of his way to go looking around in the back storage area, and he found what I was looking for even though we couldn't find it anywhere on the shelves. That was awesome!!!”
