My wife and I had come back from a much needed two week vacation and we began discussing that the 18 GMC truck we were driving was really more than we needed. Cindy wants to retire in the next 4 years and we felt that making a change should happen now while she was still working.
I went in looking at a Mitsubishi Outlander. Jared and Jason showed me that I could do much better with a new Rogue. So we for that! What a nice driving vehicle.
The follow up from Chris and Travis has been fantastic. They’ve made sure that everything is working as intended and if I had any questions.

Update- I really highly recommend Wallace. Every time I walk in I’m greeted, these people appreciate their customers. My Rogue? Love it! Excellent driver, great fuel economy, and nice looking.

“If you're looking at getting some used tires cheap, this is the place to go to in Kingsport! The guys that work here are amazing! They are honest guys and give it to you straight. I came here to get some temporary tires until I can afford new ones. The ones they put on my car are good for almost 35,000 miles! I asked them if they could check my front and see if I could wait a few weeks to get some on there and they told me they didn't recommend it. From there they explained and showed me why.”

“Cannot recommend this place enough. After getting a very flat tire this evening, I went to 4 different tire shops that had all “closed early” for the night (30-45 minutes earlier than their listed closing time) and were unable to help me. I called Free Tire Service & Auto Center and the folks there were not only willing to help me 20 minutes before closing, but also were kind enough to go to another store (Tire Barn Warehouse - one of the shops that told me they had closed early) to get the tire I needed because they didn’t have it in their shop. Turns out I didn’t even need a new tire, so Free Tire Service patched my tire for free and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. The level of customer service they offered and the kindness they showed seems to be rare in businesses these days, but you’ll find it in abundance here. I will definitely be coming back for any car needs I have in the future!”
“My husband and I had just bought new tires from Walmart where they were also installed. On a trip to pigeon forge TN the truck had a horrible shake to it. We stopped in off the interstate they squeezed us in to balance all four tires. The shaking was gone. God bless”

We were hoping to get an estimate we could afford and got a pleasant surprise when the car was fixed for even less than expected. “My control rod and ball joint broke, and my car just happened to get disabled about 2 businesses down from Bill’s. It was evening, and they were closed but there were 2 mechanics in the parking lot looking at another guy’s car. I limped my car into the parking lot and walked up to them and said “hey fellas. I know you’re closed and probably trying to go home, but do you think you could just take a look at my car?”
They told me what was wrong, and that if I wanted to leave it there, they would call me with an estimate the next morning. This was on a Thursday evening, and when I called on Friday, they hadn’t gotten to my car yet, and they’re closed sat-mom so it was Tuesday before I got an estimate. I was ok with waiting a few days, because I had just showed up without a previous appointment and I, unlike a lot of the general public, understand that I am not the only customer who wants their car fixed.
Tuesday rolled around and they called me with an estimate, and said the car would be ready Wednesday afternoon.
I got a call from Bill’s at 6:00 Tuesday afternoon and I answered the phone with “why do I have the feeling that you’re about to tell me something bad?”
I’m n the contrary, she was calling to tell me that my car was finished a little early AND that the repairs had actually come in at about 80 bucks less than they had originally quoted me.
I have NEVER had that happen with a car repair….anywhere. It’s almost always MORE that previously expected. They always find something else wrong, etc.
I am a full time caregiver (unpaid) for my disabled mother and I don’t have much money. They worked with me on fixing what I could afford and getting me back on the road.
I will definitely be back, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”
