“Can’t say enough good things about my experience with DMC - car was a 2012 Traverse with significant front end damage that was on the bubble of being totaled, and they worked with my insurance to get it repaired. Both the ladies in the office, Melissa and Carlene, are fabulous to work with. Owner takes a lot of pride in his work and knows what he’s doing. This shop handles not just body work but the mechanical repairs from collision as well and this was my main concern initially. I would take anything to them again and highly recommend these folks!”

“I was driving through Tennessee during a thunderstorm and my Toyota rav4 hydroplaned on the freeway. It was the scariest sht ever and I literally almost died. Something was off with my car after that so I drove to the closest toyota which was this one. The service people were very friendly, helpful, and understanding and they did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue (my exhaust pipe was hanging from the engine) for free. I am really grateful for their help. No offense but this town is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing here so I would've been sick if i was stuck here any longer”
“If I could give more stars, I would.The staff is exceptionally friendly. The two employees I have had interactions with the most over my vehicles have been Carleigh and Marshall. They are extremely helpful, super friendly, and eager to provide exceptional customer service. Justin and Wayne are the other employees I have had help from. Super friendly and helpful as well. These 4 employees are why I have rated this store a solid 5. It is nice to be able to shop for parts and get respectful help. So I just went on to my local advance Auto and ask the men to see if they had one in stock for my vehicle and sure enough they were out of every single one but they ordered it and it was delivered the next day and I came and he actually put it on for me I really really enjoyed the fact that they were so nice and knowledgeable about their products and was able to have it delivered in store the following day...”

“I always went to O'Reilly's on the west coast, and I do the same here on the east coast. They guys and gals I've worked with there have been extremely helpful. They never try to give anyone the bum's rush just because a line is forming. They do what it takes to help each customer, and that really shines in a world where customer service is going the way of the dinosaur.I needed a part that was hard to come by, and the gentleman helping me at the register went out of his way to go looking around in the back storage area, and he found what I was looking for even though we couldn't find it anywhere on the shelves. That was awesome!!!”

“I want to start off by saying that when it comes to getting my car serviced, I will only work with Colten miller! Not only did he go way out of his way to take care of me, but I had gotten a few recalls on my vehicle that I wasn’t even aware of!! He made sure to talk to the right people to get it taken care of. My radio was having some major issues and I have been to several Toyota dealers about it. Just a couple of days after dropping my car off, he called me and let me know that everything was fixed and good to go. I can tell you that they genuinely care about your safety here and making sure you go home happy!! And even though I didn’t purchase this particular Rav 4 at Toyota of Kingsport (my last one I did), and because of his kind gesture, I’ll only shop at Toyota of Kingsport from now on! Give this man a raise, we need more people like him!!!”
“I was referred to this Mechanic shop by the Place I got my oil changed. The staff is amazing and works to get your vehicle in and out in a decent time. I was told my car would be available to be picked up by four that evening, And it was done before 12. Definitely will be going back if I have to!”
“I meant to leave a review months ago, but people get busy. They were quick to work with, and they do quality work. I had a crankshaft polished from a Chrysler 318 LA as well as the timing cover and valve covers dipped. They did an excellent job. The pricing for the work done was incredibly reasonable. Be patient with them, you can’t pay people to show up to work. Sadly I didn’t get pictures of the valve covers or timing cover, but it was a night and day difference. Needless to say I was very pleased, and I will go back for future work. There’s not a large selection of people to do small engine work, especially in my area. Most focus on heavy duty diesel applications now.”
“I always hate going to get an estimate from a garage because I feel like I’m going to get taken to the cleaners and I have had some bad previous experiences. That was the furthest thing from the case here! I will not do business anywhere else unless they just couldn’t do what I needed done for some reason.
I had an accident caused by a deer and after doing the math figured it would be better just to pay out of pocket. They recommended tow company and evaluated it within a few days. They gave me a fair and honest quote and showed me the breakdown of how they got it. Funny thing is, I had showed them pictures before the vehicle was there and they were able to tell me exactly what needed done. I’m sure not all work is like this but just to show their level of knowledge.
I can’t say enough good things. It is a smaller shop so turn around time may not be super fast (mine was very quick) but to me the level of honesty and quality of work it worth anything else. Wouldn’t want to take my business anywhere else. Give people like this your business!”
