Mrs Karen and staff are absolutely amazing!!!! I have been coming for years. I had stop coming for a long time and recently visited the one on stone drive and Mrs Karen is still there with the same Jolly Caring and Friendly Attitude that definitely makes it worth while in returning again

From the minute I walked in they were so nice, friendly and eager to help me! I felt important and they cared. After sharing my needs, Joanne was quick to see what options were available for me. After doing business I felt like a person not just a number doing business. The whole staff from Karen, Kassandra and Joanne were top notch professionals and respectful during my business transaction. They made this so easy, quick, fun and answer all my questions and explained everything. Overall, a great company to do business with. All the staff treat you right and very easy to talk with. If you are need of help, please go see these ladies. You won’t be disappointed and will continue to business there. Highly recommend! I normally don’t do many reviews unless I experience above average to be known and can help others.

The ladies at the Kingsport store were super nice, friendly and very helpful! They helped to get me an advance loan, and I was in and out very fast! Would 10/10 recommend going there if you need a loan or borrow some money!
