“Been going here about a year as a newcomer to tn. Yes some items are not in stock. But then it's still an ongoing pandemic and global supply chain issues. I have used the pickup service predominantly. So I can speak to that mostly. They usually substitute just fine. The pickup has always been efficient, reliable, and very friendly. So not entirely sure why so many of the reviews here are so salty.”

“Highly recommend cricket in Kimball TN. We have had horrible experience with Straight Talk and for two days we've been helped by Izzy, Amanda, Cameron and dekin, and their boss. Finally this afternoon were able to get our account switched from Straight talk to Cricket. Very pleased on service and their patience dealing with Straight talk. You all deserve a raise and much needed recognition with all you deal with on a daily basis. May you all have a very Merry Christmas!!”
