“I just wanted to say that in my years of service to USPS, I have never spoken to a customer in the way Derek Moore described and what he said in his review is an absolute lie. When a person’s mailbox is knocked down or unserviceable for some reason, your mail is held at the Post Office and street delivery is resumed once the mailbox is replaced or repaired. You may pick your mail up at the Post Office until the mailbox is serviceable. Derek Moore came to the Post Office, asked for his mail and I gave it to him with no hassle or delay whatsoever. I do not know him personally and have no idea why he would lie about my customer service. I have regular customers that come from neighboring towns because of the good service and attention to detail I provide them.”
“Friendliest Post Office I have ever dealt with hands down. I was expecting VERY import document thru 2-day and it had me looking at over this but the girl sent a message that day (she couldn't be older than 24, and is down for the cause. well my package arrived the next day from the West Coast to the Deep South.”
“I needed to send a package 20+ lbs overseas. I had several questions about the address that I was sending to, and how to properly fill out the Customs paperwork. Erica was very understanding and helpful for every step. She was friendly and professional. She even took care to train another employee on the important parts and how to group the papers together. This is going "above and beyond" normal duty. Thank you Erica, you made a possible difficult process, easy and understandable.”
