They also got my prescription rerouted from the big name pharmacy that told me they would fill it, then told me "We're not taking any new patients" and they filled my prescription all in just a handful of minutes. I initially wasn't able to find one item (socks for my wife!) but asked the cashier and she helpfully told me the exact aisle where I could find them. In general, it was your basic Walgreens, so it had all of the items you would expect. I would definitely swing by here again if I needed to purchase some miscellaneous items :)”

They are always friendly and helpful, I'll never forget that one time I had a few teeth pulled, and it took longer than expected, so I ended up arriving right when the staff were closing for the day. Jim was kind enough to run back to the pharmacy, fill my prescriptions, and bring them to me at the front counter.”

“I drive by Heartland Apothecary daily and today I decided to stop in. It's conveniently located off Kingston Pike. This is a lovely pharmacy. As a compounding pharmacy, the lab is located on site. I did not need any medication today. But I had a question regarding a product and the staff and pharmacist were friendly and helpful. They also offer vitamins and supplements for people and pets.The walls of organized vitamins and supplements are well labeled. Sections include pet needs, essential oils, kids, women's health, gut health, brain health, etc. Heartland Apothecary also carries jewelry, candles lotions, honey and other crafted gifts (Sunsphere tea towels, for example.) I'm glad I stopped in today and learned more about this business.”
“You cannot go wrong with having you and your families prescriptions filled at Apple Discount Drugs. There are no long lines, no mix ups of getting the wrong medication. You become family to every single employee who works there. And once they get to get to know you, you can either drive up or go in, once they recognize you, they already have tour meds pulled and ready.The pharmacists there, know their stuff, they will go above and beyond to explain the medication if you have question, and will go above and beyond to find your medication cheaper if need be. They are the real deal. P.s. they deliver for free!”

“I saw the most heart warming situation here today. The lady running the building came out and pumped an elderly gentleman's gas because he couldn't walk. She had a pleasant smile on her face the whole time. In the middle of helping him another customer had a question to start pumping gas. She never missed a beat and took care of it all. With a smile on her face the entire time. God bless her. She deserves it. This was Clinton Hwy and Emory Rd. Food City gas and go.”
“I found myself in a bind yesterday with a large corporate chain. These people answered the phone, took all my information and looked into the situation. They called me back and offered to help. I missed the call while driving, but one lady even called after closing time. The staff is incredibly nice. The front is full of organic natural supplements and other products along those lines. It was a nice experience all the way around. I will be using their services from this point forward.”

“My daughter and I went to this Kroger today and had the best experience I've ever had in a grocery store. People there were so friendly so we so clean what made the experience so outstanding was that we went to Starbucks and Keith think it was anyways he was so sweet to my daughter I'm so polite to me. It was just a great experience. Then we go to check out the bag lady played with my daughter Abigail and I was so impressed how they were just so great her name was Jane these two should definitely be promoted or recognized for the best employees ever. I would definitely recommend this grocery store to anyone.”

If something isn't covered on my insurance they go out of their way to try to get it covered or find a cheaper alternative!
