Took two kids in to get flu shots. Everyone was friendly and efficient. They were wonderful with the kids! You know it's a great place when the kids are HAPPY that they went to get a shot!!!

Would not return $25 for compression socks that did not fit, couldn’t even put them on! They should have given the refund, take the loss, to keep a customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

These folks make you feel welcome no matter what the circumstance. They were amazingly a major blessing during my love's last illness. They care for patients from prenatal to promoted to heaven. Excellent customer service and professional in every transaction.

Best Pharmacy in this whole tri state area is the Medicine Shoppe in Jonesborough. Matt & Ashley are always so helpful.And they have free delivery service if your unable to pick up your medicines also.Best Pharmacy Hands Down no doubt about it.And all of their staff treats you like family. Once you go to the Medicine Shoppe in Jonesborough Tenn you ll never go to another pharmacy. I will stay with them all of my life and I know other people that have said the same thing.They are the nicest people you d ever meet and they go above and beyond helping you get your medical needs.The are voted # 1 in the entire whole state area.From Debbie Higgins a proud customer of the Medicine Shoppe.

I just stopped there to see if they had Covid testing kits for at home. They had them in stock, and they wanted $40 for one. I drove up the road to another locally owned pharmacy and got the exact same product I saw them have at the medicine shop for $15.

Went to get a Covid test. Called 16 times to check to see if there was appointments needed because their listing says it’s not required. Pulled up to the window and was told they didn’t have any appointments available. So went to make one for the next day and they are charging people $85! Covid tests are supposed to be free! Making money off of sick people is ridiculous. And please- make your phone lines un-busy so people can call ahead and avoid wasting time!
