Even though I asked for a big Mac and got a quarter pounder. The guy was nice fixed the issue but I said no pickles. It had pickles. Fries where cold. Granted it was like 12 am. But this was not good. I even called about the pickles and all he said was sorry. I pay for what I ask for not what you want to give me.For shame

Went through the drive-through last night about 10. The only other car was one pulled to the side in front of me. Waited 5 minutes at the window for two fish sandwiches and a small order of fries. The fries were limp and lukewarm, the dreaded heat lamp fries cooked much earlier. The fish sandwiches had a tiny dot of tarter sauce. The food and service were terrible.

Me and wife went for breakfast,that couldn't even put the mayonnaise on my sandwich, I don't got out to eat to fix my own food!!and the staff isn't very friendly as well ,we will go elsewhere from now on ?

We placed our order via the app. My husband picked it up in the drive thru and came home. We were missing items, main items (not fries or sauces but sauces were missing as well). I called the store to ask if I were to come and pick up the missing items would they re-make my meal as it would be cold when I got home. Apparently there is a corporate rule that states they will only replace the missing items and they will not re-make cold food. I was not able to speak with a GM in store so I filed a complaint online. We frequent this store at minimum once a week. This was a 30.00 order and I had to re-heat my food in an air fryer. I find customer service to be sorely lacking.

Today when I stopped by McDonald's there was a school bus full of children in the restaurant. Needless to say it was kind of crazy in there. But I will still able to get my food hot and fresh in a timely manner. Very impressive the way the staff handled the chaos.Kid-friendliness: The staff was able to efficiently wait on an entire school bus full of kids. Very impressive.

Day 1 on Nov 6th between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PMI understand short staffed. However I don’t understand having the customers inside be told to wait a min while the cashier walks off and stand and waits on food to be made and then he places it inside of the bag and hands it over to the person standing and waiting on him to do it just to walk back over hold his wait a minute finger up and go and wait on food again just to bag it and hand it to the person at the window standing and waiting on him to do it. Then here comes the wait a minute finger and the cycle keeps repeating.Day 2 on Nov 7th between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PMWe pulled up to the drive through and placed a huge order for 5 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 5. And the lady at the window was awesome and I think she done a super job and she was very patient. So having the bad experience I did the night before I thought, we’ll maybe it was just a bad day for the other guys. So I’m thinking well this place isn’t so bad. Then I started pulling out and decided I wanted a shake. So instead of going back through the drive through I decided to walk in. And man I have never seen such rude employees. The cashiers was hateful to a elderly lady and should have been fired on the spot. And then the manager comes over and I’m thinking well IBet the cashier stops being rude now. But lo and behold if the manager wasn’t just a rude. I’d love to have a job like I use to have with a major hotel chain. I was special operations manager and I traveled the US going from hotel to hotel the was failing and I would check in as a regular guest. I would spend a week observing what all I felt was wrong and I would remove the problems and replace it with what I felt was needed in order to make the hotel start profiting and then a few other things that I would do (can’t give away my secrets) but I would have the hotels making a huge profitWell I would love to do that again or I would love to go around places like this Mc D’S and find the problems and replace them. Or just send my input to someone else and allow them to take over. But anyways.As for the Mc D’S here. The lady taking the customers orders at the drive through was great. Keep her aboard. But as for the other employees that we mentioned. Well let’s just say that they would have been considered one of the problems that I would have replaced.

The brunch crew at this McDonalds was amazing and efficient, without sacrificing the quality of the food, and the woman at the window made sure my order was correct before she gave me the bag and drinks.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to milk, they don't have any alt milk options for coffee, and I was wanting to inquire about the pumpkin flavoring they use. The woman at the drive thru made accommodations to the pricing of the coffee, as I was getting a small hot with just the flavoring.
