Im going through a divorce and my soon to be ex wife has made life very complicated for me. Marks Self Storage has made things incredibly simple for me. Not only were they able to accommodate a storage space for me on short notice, but their rates are cheaper than everyone in a 20+ mile radius. When I arrived to their facility, I was a bit shocked at how well kept the grounds were and I noticed security cameras just about every direction I could turn my head. Cheap, clean, safe, Marks Self Storage is everything my ex wife is not. 10/10

Great facility with great prices but taking some of the turns is difficult and if your not careful you can easily cause damage.Edit: In response to your question below, maybe put directional arrows on the pavement direct people with trailers to go around to the back first then drive down the isles due to the tight turns and possibly post a sign warning them of how tight the turns are.

Great location right off 11E in Jonesborough. 10x10 units. Gated with your own keypad access number. Easy to rent with 24-7 online access. Very clean with great rates. I would encourage anyone looking for a great storage facility to use Mark's Self Storage!

Big improvement since new owners took over. Much better lighting. Super easy to use website. 24/7 access now. Bill pay is now automated. Very satisfied.
