I have been going to this pharmacy 3 to 4 times over the last few months for syringes for my sick mother. They have never asked for a prescription they took care of me every time till today not only was I denied service and told their policy I was embarrassed. You should be more consistent with your policies and procedures, and remember you are in the customer service industry.

Excellent experience! The staff was able to order a medicine that was sold out everywhere. They worked with me to find what suited my needs. Will definitely come back!

From out of town and I ran out of a prescription, my physician sent the info to Olde Towne Pharmacy, they made the experience smooth and seamless, Josh, Donna and staff made the experience stress free, the took care of everything! They were just as amazing when we picked the prescription up, friendly, fast and courteous!!!! I know what pharmacy I will visit when I return if I run out of a prescription, no question about it!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH OLDE TOWNE PHARMACY!!!!

I’m from out of town and ran out of a prescription, I video chatted with my physician and he faxed it to Olde Towne Pharmacy, the made the experience smooth and seamless! The staff is absolutely AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I know who I will go to whenever I come to East Tennessee! Thank you Josh. I want to share a very pleasant surprise I had this morning. As an overabundance of caution as a business owner myself (ReDoHomes in Jonesborough), we are keeping our crew tested for the Covid 19 on a regular basis. While it is an additional expense, it's only money in the grander scheme of peoples health and possibly lives. We had started using a pharmacy closer to us but the long waits, and our cost went up, led us to look for another location. We found it in Olde Towne Pharmacy. It is practically drive up, get tested, and get results without the long wait . . . and on top of that, I was surprised with a good discount, due to their referral program. Be sure to ask Josh, the pharmacist for details. I was very please with the speed, cost, and my negative results as well.

One of the best kept secrets in East Tennessee a very unique Pharmacy they treat you like customer the way it should be. Tremendous staff to serve the customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. But two Olde Towne Pharmacy.
