I had problems with my computer, took it in to Frankie and within a week my computer was fixed. Frankie is an expert with a great desire to help his customers. I chose this business based upon the reviews, but turns out I did not have the same experience. My laptop keyboard replacement job took 8 weeks for the repair. Every time I would stop by it was a different excuse from cannot locate the right color keyboard, found the keyboard, but it has not come in (what's the tracking number? I'm not sure), and I am trying to find the time to repair the laptop for an 1 hr labor job. Sounds like to me maybe it is turn some jobs down until you catch up. But, I know the real reason push small jobs back for larger paying jobs. The owner's assistant told me a couple of times the more I call it slows the owner down when having to answer calls and he is going to start having customers pay for parts up front. I said no problem, I have no problem paying upfront of it if it will get my repair done quicker. I really wish someone would have just said we are swamped you may want to take it somewhere else, instead of the quoted timeframe of 2 weeks. Just know I will never return back to this place again. I wish them well.

I had a computer of my brothers who passed away and wanted to check for pictures on the hard drive. He was helpful and took the time to do it in front of me. A very positive experience with this business and I highly recommend.

We had an issue with Windows 10 not booting up on our desktop. We tried everything we could to get it working without getting in over our head as novices. My husband found Cybertek online and after reading the great reviews, we hired Frankie to come out to the house. It was an awesome experience! Not only was it a house call and very reasonably priced, but Frankie was so nice and so patient (it took a while to complete everything on our computer!). Frankie has years of experience and really knows his stuff. We learned a lot from him while he was here. We highly recommend Cybertek!

Alex is a super patient person, he answered all of my inane questions. Went far beyond just transferring all of my data. If you are buying a new computer and need your data transferred, bring it all here! The individual service is remarkable and the price beyond reasonable ... it cost less than best buy that just does a data dump into one folder.
