The curly haired gentleman that works in there, remembered that I had left once after waiting for a little bit in line (it was busy so I just figured I’d come back another day.) I just went back in, probably about 6 months later and he remembered and apologized that they weren’t able to help me before. Thank you guys!!

Don’t go ANYWHERE else!! Allen and Clayton were TOP notch!! Had to order a battery that had to be shipped, and they put another in until it arrived. Friendly and very competent service!

Waited for employee to get done with the only other customer in store and when another customer come in he waited on him knowing I had been waiting for a while. So I went to whites in Jonesborough got my part. Lot better customer service I would highly recommend them over this place.
