Absolutely fantastic experience! This will now be my absolute 'go-to' shop in this area.
I had to have my vehicle towed in due to a brake line failure. It was not an easy job as we ended up replacing all of the solid brake lines due to rust out.
They are GREAT people!! I'm completely satisfied and will use them exclusively in the future!

I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite bringing multiple cars with different issues, not a single problem was adequately addressed, resulting in wasted hundreds of dollars. The staff demonstrated a shocking lack of competence and professionalism. Despite clear evidence provided by other auto shops regarding the issues, they dismissed my concerns and even resorted to baseless accusations. Additionally, the customer service was abysmal. One staff member, who is a short woman with a short haircut, hung up on me twice during phone conversations, displaying utter disrespect. Furthermore, the demeanor of the front desk attendant was consistently rude and unprofessional. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, as it's clear they lack the capability to provide satisfactory service. If you still go here willingly you are ignorant.

About 6 months ago, when I went to check my tire pressure, they happily checked it for free. Because of the good memories from that time, I went to change the engine oil today... and again today, the person was not only very friendly but also fast. The oil change was already completed after taking a short break in the office, in less than 30 minutes. That's extremely fast! The woman who guided me through the office and checked in was very friendly. While I was waiting for a while, he kept paying attention and talking to me because he thought I might be uncomfortable. There are many such kind and good people in America. The project in Telford is only about a month away... I wish the best of luck to the many good people I met here!!

Love this place. We take all of our cars and trucks there. I thought I needed new brakes, they were very quick to tell me I didn't. Very honest! Had my truck done quickly, I'll always come back

Since moving the Jonesborough in 2018, Mark has worked on several of our family vehicles. His work has been excellent and his price for his work is both fair and often less than anyone else.
I recommend A Dynamic Auto & Truck Services without question. They are a delight to work with - and Julie always makes the visit "fun".

I have brought my car to 3 different mechanics- through out the year trying to fix my car . My check engine light has been on, and there was some kind of coolant leak. $2,000 later no one fixed it.We brought my car to Dynamic Auto & Truck Services last week and THEY fixed it!!!! They took the time to actually figure out what was wrong my car instead of guessing, and just replacing parts for the heck of it like prior mechanics. Thank you for taking the time to figure out the problem, and finding the real solution. I highly recommend this business.
