Great people. But took fur baby there due to issues he was having. According to vet she could not do procedure because she was busy and off at 12. She referred me to apec by the airport. She said with the referral the price should not be that high. Discount rate. Paid them 400 plus drove to other hospital. They took fur baby back and gave me an estimate close to 2000. Asked about the referral price and they said Youngs knows they do not do that anymore and hasn't in over 3 yrs. So got to wonder is Youngs getting a kick back for sending people there

Be prepared to wait an hour or more before being seen. That's with an appointment. Every single visit. Complete lack of regard or respect for your time by all staff.

Waiting 45 minutes for a appointment with two dogs and they are going crazy with the other dogs in the room. Is uncalled for

Dr. Lamans is by far my favorite vet that we have taken our girls too ♥ she finally got our Maggie diagnosed properly after being told the wrong info by multiple doctors! We love Youngs, they take great care of our girls!

Dr. Strickler saved my dog’s life after he was misdiagnosed by another vet. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a good veterinarian. The staff at Young’s have always been kind and helpful.

shout out to Dr. Strickler. Our dog was really sick Mon morning we called our reg vet to make an appt and was told we could not be seen for 3 days. i called Youngs and they got us in within the hour, Dr Strickler did everything we asked plus suggested some things like xrays and such. Lucy is already doing better. I have moved all our animals from previous vet. This office made a great first impression and I am truly thankful they were there.

I had a very unfortunate experience today at Young's. Before I get into that I think it is only fair to say that until now I have never had a concern about any of the staff. Today however was disappointing. We were there along time! We waited over an hour to be seen! Once we were in a room a young lady came in and chatted with us about the appointment. She left and we waited again. When she returned she came in and said she was sorry she forgot about us that she had been on the phone. It's important to note here we had been there so long the office was technically closed. I commented that we did feel forgotten about. It was said lightheartedly but it was obvious my comment upset her. It became very awkward at that point. She left and took one of my dogs back to the exam room. She slammed the door to our room and then we heard a second door slam. My dog cried out three times. I became upset at that point. While I can not say she intentionally hurt my dog it was not normal behavior for Lucy to cry out. The door slamming likely scared her but I don't know what happened after that. The thought though that someone scared or hurt my sweet little dog who has no fear and loves everyone she meets is really bothering me. At minimum the behavior was childish, immature and unprofessional. I can't prove more than that. The doctor apologized but the delivery was rude and condescending. At that point I just wanted out of there. I said what needed to be said to get through the appointment. I addressed my concerns and moved on. I am however going to have to find a new vet and make another appointment because I just had no trust in anything being said at that point. I believe Dr Strickler's intentions were good and the rest of the staff was very nice and professional. Hopefully this was an isolated incident but I won't return. I'll just never trust what happens when the door shuts and I can't see my dog.

These people do not care about animals, they only care about money. My grandmother took her cat, Pangur Bán, there 2 weeks ago because she was sick and they told her she had an upper respiratory infection so they gave her medicine and sent her on her way. We thought she was getting better but today my grandmother woke up to blood all over her house and all over Pangur. She called Young's and told them she had an emergency and they responded with "well we're really booked up r

5 stars Young’s Animal Hospital has everything one needs for veterinary services. The staff is extremely friendly, and both Docs are very well trained. After having to put my best friend down, they sent me a card that was signed by all members of the staff. They even provided his snout and paw prints! I’ve always had a great experience at Young’s. 5/5 would recommend!
