We visit Wing Deer Park frequently. It has nearly everything for individuals and families to do. Hiking, walking, and disc golf are our favorites. It is a well maintained, dog friendly park that you can spend an hour, a day or anywhere in between doing whatever you enjoy.
Playground: Multiple playgrounds for little ones, waterfront area playground is large and we'll enjoyed.
Restrooms: Restrooms are clean and available in walking track area and lakefront park area.
Dog-friendliness: Even my yappy Schnauzers are tolerated. Most people adhere to leash laws, but there will always be an idiot or two to be aware of.

Well kept up. they have a grounds crew of their own!.

Playground: Great size play ground and volleyball court.
Restrooms: Very well kept up.
Dog-friendliness: was a a ew people walking dogs. Ended up have a great conversation with one dog owner.
Picnic area: They have a gazebo and the ones by the playground were great but boardwalk from one side of the bridge to the other is out of this world. You an have lunch with family fish and all. basically onto of the water.

beautiful and large spot on the lake. playground, boardwalk under the bridge, frisbee golf excellent boat ramp with tons of parking and a fire dept with emt (heaven forbid) right on the grounds. really one of the many jewels in my birthplace of Johnson City. come and enjoy and please keep it clean!!!
Playground: great for the kids big and small!
Restrooms: CLEAN
Dog-friendliness: wuffers will love it
Picnic area: well kept covered pavillion

Excellent lakeside park with sand and a awesome playground at one part then the softball/baseball complex and the soccer complex are a short walk along with hiking trails and a Frisbee golf range. Go take a min to check it out.

Restrooms: 2 in the center
Dog-friendliness: Plenty of dogs running about
Picnic area: Few picnic tables scattered about and many in the center

Love, love, love the walking track here. I'm here often and having a restroom beside the track is an added bonus.
