The car wash broke my luggage rack. Didn't notice till I got home. I heard something hit the roof but I couldn't see it at the time. As I sat on my porch I could see that my rack was broken.

I had an issue with the touchless automatic wash and called the number outside. The guy who answered was super helpful and polite. He pulled up the camera footage and walked me through the issue. It was the customer service I have ever experienced.

One of the best car washes in the city!
My card wasn’t working in bay 1 and I guess one of the owners was very nice and actually paid for my wash !
Only place I will wash my car. It is well maintained and owners are very quick to help with any issues !

I paid for a $10 wash and my vehicle is still nasty. No soap and the water was barely spraying. The undercarriage spray lasted for 2 seconds before I could even get pulled across it. My vehicle would have looked better if it just sit out in the rain! Now I have to go across the street and pay more money to get my vehicle cleaned. I will not be back, and I will share with others. PSA: Do not waste your time nor money on this so called car wash.
