The service manager felt he needed to "man-splain" to me why I needed to pay for the same repair for the 3rd time. The $40+ dollar shop fee to cover rags and such is not something I agree with, especially when all they did was a reset on the computer that cost me >$300 (again).

Repaired my car well. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but I don't really blame the shop for that. I wanted quality work. The service advisor and mechanic stayed late to get my car finished after Carshield screwed me. I'll definitely be using them for all future work.

Having an appointment, the wait was frustrating. I went outside twice, and twice my vehicle was done. Apparently I needed to be asked about new wiper blades, but no one had approached me about it. Wiper blades do not take a long time, but was still detained for another half hour. Everything else was great!

Dan Witt is the sole reason I even considered looking at an ID.4 vs other brands that I was in the market for. This makes the 4th vehicle that my wife and I have gotten from him in the last 7 years and will continue to buy the brands that he sells.
