Everyone was friendly and acted like my time matter. That is the reason I drove completely out of my way to find a VW dealership that valued me. The waiting time was minimal which was a nice surprise!!

Great place to buy a vehicle, I have bought several vehicles here and will again. Service Dept is friendly and performs quality work. Ask for Travis Wolfenbarger, he is a great salesman that will do all he can to accommodate you and get you in the vehicle you are looking for.

WOW! We had a car issue driving on the way from Nashville to Blacksburg, VA. We called 20 minutes before the service center was about to close. They waited for us and took care of us with a HUGE smile. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

they never answer the phone! i went in to get my car fixed. my EPC light was on. they said they “fixed” it here i am going back in for the same reason!

I had to take my vehicle for service and a recall. As usual everyone was polite and accommodating! The service cost more than I was expecting and would like to continue bringing it in to the dealership for service, but I may have to take price into consideration and price check.

Everyone I came into contact with during my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you especially to Travis Wolfenbarger who went above and beyond. I came in, test drove 2 vehicles (I had done lots of research prior to my visit) and was out of the dealership in a matter of 2 hours with a new vehicle. From being greeted at the door, to the sale and the paperwork, it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

We took ur car in, for the 4th time with same issues, and we were told that it was some data issue, in the steering wheel ( codes), but it didn’t make sense. Then the issues was not documented in our receipt, that they gave us. They wrote, issue solve. Then my husband spoke to a manager and he stated will look into it. 4th time going in for the front panel display in dashboard and this time we didn’t have any radio, map, everything went dark the whole screen was down for 4 days.

There is a women at the service desk who I should know her name but I can't recall at this moment, she is just amazing! She walks me through any questions I have. She always explains things to me so I know what I am paying for. I just can't say enough good things about her.

Very impressed with the service department at Wallace. Glen was very easy to work with and went above and beyond getting our vehicle repaired and back on the road. Typically I try to stay away from dealerships, but the service department here was great.

This dealership is not customer friendly. I would stay clear of this place for due to they only care about their profits. My mother in law took her car in for a minor repair and the service mgr " Donna" initially diagnosed the repair for something different than the problem. When my wife got involved oh how quick things changed. It then turned into a complete disaster ending up with general mgr getting involved. He has was extremely rude, arrogant and had a I don't care attitude. We have since elevated this experience to corporate awaiting their response. Go to Fairway Volkswagen in Kingsport if you want to purchase a car or have any work done and stay away from Wallace.

I can't think of the lady's name that took care of us at the Service desk (lost the card she gave us) but I just have to say she was wonderful. I had my elderly mother with me who's really slow getting around. she actually came out and helped me with her. Maybe give her six stars.. Thanks Jesse

I have a VW Beetle and had a leak in the coolant housing. I didn't buy my car from Wallace and yet I had to take my car in because it was close to home and I didn't want to drive it that far. They treated me like I was a long time customer! From the mechanic who took my call to Donna, who runs the counter, I had the most professional experience. Not only did they fix the problem, but corrected something that I thought had already been repaired (but was done poorly). It was such an impressive experience that I'm going to take my car there from now on.
