Greatest car buying experience! Purchased my second Mitzubishi from Wallace of JC. Still have my first one...wanted the hybrid outlander too! The service has been top notch since my first experience in 2016. My salesman, Ben, found me the exact model I wanted! Did most everything over the phone and the pickup process took minutes....but we stayed longer chatting because he is so great! Highly recommend this company, the Outlander, and Ben!!! Great prices so no need to haggle! Not sure if it is still being offered but my finance rate was 0.0%....can't beat free money!!

I have a 2016 Outback and went to your parts department. I inquired about the headlight covers getting so fogged over that it was almost no light come off the lamps. I was told I have to replace them. I DID not know that you could have them restored. So I purchased one of the worst ones, which was on the passenger side. I only cost me $ 465.00 dollars and another $301.00 to have it installed. Shame on me for not doing more research. After it was done, the service written at Wallace told me they could be restored. I wish this dealership told me that before I spent almost $800.00 . Oh, I did find a place that restored the drivers side for me at a cost of $15.00. Tennessee Auto Detailing in Johnson city. Thanks so much to them and their honesty. I recommend them 100 % . I will never go back to Wallace Subaru in Johnson City. I believe that took full advantage of me and are crooks.

I did not make an appointment. My car needed a new battery and wouldn't start that morning! A friend with a battery charger charged it for about 30 min. so I could get to Wallace. I did not ask for assistance with transportation to any other place. I feel fortunate that my car was repaired the same day I took it in. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I ate fresh popcorn and drank fresh coffee while I waited!! Good experience!
