I was in a 2021 Subaru Outback but wanted something bigger. Dan Witt greeted us when we came to the dealership. Very nice and friendly. We originally were looking to just get some information but we decided to go ahead and get ourselves into a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was not pushy like some salesmen are. He definitely went above and beyond for us. I absolutely love this car. I 10/10 recommend you go by and see him.

Bought a Mitsubishi car here in 2017, the outlander sport. It was a great car. Traded it in and got a 2024 Outlander. Salesman Dan is great. We love our new car.

I have a 2016 Outback and went to your parts department. I inquired about the headlight covers getting so fogged over that it was almost no light come off the lamps. I was told I have to replace them. I DID not know that you could have them restored. So I purchased one of the worst ones, which was on the passenger side. I only cost me $ 465.00 dollars and another $301.00 to have it installed. Shame on me for not doing more research. After it was done, the service written at Wallace told me they could be restored. I wish this dealership told me that before I spent almost $800.00 . Oh, I did find a place that restored the drivers side for me at a cost of $15.00. Tennessee Auto Detailing in Johnson city. Thanks so much to them and their honesty. I recommend them 100 % . I will never go back to Wallace Subaru in Johnson City. I believe that took full advantage of me and are crooks.

Purchased a Carnival here. The salesman was friendly and nice. However, he was a bit pushy setting it up to drive. He agreed to the screens before I could read them, took my phone, and started doing stuff with it, including putting all contacts in the system. Now I get to delete most of them. I am not sure what else he did but I will fix it.When I called for information I was told to bring it in so I did. Started for my phone again but I said no. Then he argued about one of the features on it so, I took him for a ride to prove I was correct.

Nice people at the service center. Even when you have banking difficulties, they will work with you. Got my Tiguan back, better than ever!!

Stopped in just to look at a new color on a car we had been considering… drove out three hours later in a new car!!! Joey and the team are excellent to work with, not pushy, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We weren’t even planning to buy a car today, but they made it too easy and we’re thankful and pleased!!!

We bought a subaru there and have it serviced too. Overall a good experience. One of the service reps was a bit condescending to my wife but she found another she could work with. It's important to listen to customers regardless of gender.

Good people here, and they provide good service. OEM parts are expensive, but the warranty on the labor and parts is worth it.

After talking with a sales person I drove 3 hours to see a car I was excited about. Upon arriving I noticed the tires were really worn and there was cosmetic damage that jad rust on it. I took it to get inspected and they told me the "cosmetic damage" was a fix from the car being totaled. Its fiberglass patching and they said this car isnt safe to drive. I went back to Wallace's and showed them the damage and he straight up lied and said there isn't any damage BC it's not in the car fax. I pointed out the bad fix and rust and he just said "well thats your choice if you don't want to buy it". and then he tried to be friendly and shake my hand when I left. They waisted my whole day and are going to sell this damaged car to someone else.

I recently bought a Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition from Wallace Imports of Johnson City and it was by far the best car buying experience of my life! The staff especially Dan Witt were excellent! Very helpful and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru or VW.

I want to compliment the Wallace Subaru (Johnson City) staff on a pleasant trade-in and subsequent used car purchase. The salesperson was easy to communicate with, made us feel welcome, and ensured all our questions were answered. The financing process and paperwork was well organized and we left with the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Five stars.

I was interested in 2 cars here one in particular. I submitted my info online and got a call back a day later. Talked to someone over the phone. They said they would try and get a deal done... Then never heard anything back ? I drove by the lot 4 days later and one of the cars I was interested in was gone! No call back or nothing. It's been 2 weeks and not person called me or texted anything about the car I was interested in. It's cool if it sold or whatever. I had plenty of down payment to make it work, but a call back or text would have been appreciated.

I debated writing this but I feel I have to after the sinking feeling I had yesterday. Long story story short I purchased a 2019 GMC Denali truck from the used car lot on March 11th 2022. The shine and luster had worn off the vehicle so I sought to have an exterior detail performed. 10 mins after dropping off the truck the detailer asked me to come back. He proceeds to tell me about some issues involving the paint finish on the passenger side at the top of the bed and around the passenger rear window. The clear coat was peeling. He was concerned about the paint quality on passenger side overall vs. the rest of the truck as it did not match and wanted the best result possible after the correction. The truck still has the factory warranty until July 31st, so I make an appointment for a warranty claim at Chapparel GMC. I then get the worst news I’ve gotten in a while. I purchased a truck that had been previously wrecked. This did not show on the Car Fax nor was it disclosed at purchase. I did ask. I give credit where it’s due and Wallace did a great job of masking the issue. How can a car dealership not spot and know this beforehand? I’m assuming they did and had it poorly fixed or just didn’t care. A detail will hide it for a while I was told but the repair was of very, very poor quality and has led to my present situation. Dry shots, orange peel, scratches covered over with paint and a failing clear coat on top of it all. Tapes lines and overspray. If I had known about this I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle or had a lot of leverage on the price. I paid the asking price with no haggle. Overall the purchase process was simple. Now I get it, they saw a s****** and sent him on the way with a damaged vehicle to discover someday on his own. Of course it was an easy transaction. After the body shop consultation, the damage is clear as day. I hate myself for not getting a PPI but I also should be able trust in words from what I believed to be a reputable business. I was wrong. This wasn’t a $10k car with 150,000 miles. Far, far from it. Don’t make my mistake. I contemplated reaching out to them for help but I highly suspect that wouldn’t accomplish anything but fuel my anger with the situation further. Buyer beware.

If you are in the market for a new vehicle, this dealership is hands down the best I've dealt with. All of the staff were professional, genuine, and respectful. Ben Lacey was very efficient and personable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the functions and operations of the vehicle I purchased. He truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The finance manager was very efficient as well and provided detailed explanations of optional packages. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and completing this portion of the paperwork was a breeze due to his organizational skills and knowledge base. I've had many bad experiences in past dealings with car lots, so I dreaded this process; however, all the staff I encountered helped this purchase go smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised.
