Dealing with this dealer was a disappointment. Despite buying a 2014 Ford Explorer from them, we quickly realized it had an oil leak that they had clearly overlooked. Upon contacting them to address the issue, we were met with a dismissive attitude from the salesman, Gary Hall, who informed us that we were not covered by any warranty and that they would not be taking any steps to rectify the situation.

Blake, our sales rep was very polite, helpful and stayed with us through the entire process. We had originally went to see a car that had been sold that morning and he showed us a car that met our needs and price range. He stayed late and then came in the next day on his day off to complete the paper work and financing. We got a great deal on our car and great service from the staff.

Took my car to get diagnosed, got charged $200 just for them to pull codes that I could’ve gotten free at any auto parts store, then was gas lighted by the service manager saying that they test drove it and did a bunch of diagnostic only to find out that my mileage hasn’t changed, horrible service

Do not go here for any kind of service needs. Came here for troubleshooting for some codes tech came in within an hour and started asking if it had aftermarket converter. Was dead set that the converter was the problem without doing any kind of actual diagnostics. Did not give me a code sheet had to come back and ask the tech and the advisor looked lost took over half and hour just to get me a code sheet went to talk to the service manager about this issue and got nothing but rude arguments saying they drove and monitored it. Car came and left with the same exact milage!! Instead of owning up and apologizing saying that they would take a second look and give an honest answer they just gas lighted me into leaving angry do not use this service department for any kind of diagnosis or repair!

Went car shopping around the tri cities and wound up at wallace imports in JC. Wasn't familiar with Subaru cars but was pleased to find how safe they are considered to be. Was introduced to salesman named Dan Witt and was very comfortable with the experience. Not pushy whatsoever, genuinely seemed to only be interested in taking care of us instead of making a sale. Normally dread car shopping but not this time. Love our new Forrester, and anyone that asks me where they should go I'll tell them wallace imports for sure. Thanks Dan for being a true pro!

First off, they only offered my daughter $200 for her car, 2006 Volvo. She could have scrapped it for that, even if the motor was blown up, which it's not. Bought 2016 Mini Cooper and started noticing leak spots on the pavement. Found out it was leaking Antifreeze, enough to where the heat stopped working. We got a warranty on it. Took it to there service center. found out the part needed isn't covered. Asked the used sales manager if they would help with repairs, he said no , sold as is. Only had the car for 3 weeks. Went to pay for the inspection, $192 and over 6 hours of waiting and didn't get anything fixed.
