Don’t use their photo machine. Connecting cord had to be held in place. It downloaded ALL my photos instead of asking if I wanted the last 50 or 250. After 3 tries, I gave up and went to the Walgreens on Broadway and completed my order. Always check online or sometimes in store you can get a 50% off printing coupon.

I worked as a customer service for years, and this is the worst Walgreens store I've been to. This store has 1-2 cashiers that are friendly, and a slimmer older guy (leadership) whom is also knowledgeable and helpful. The rest in this store have gross attitudes. Who is teaching these people to face customers? You walk in the store and they just stand around looking at you. No smiles or welcome. Disappointing. No knowledge on how to work with customers at all. Which I think they belong at the back of the store and work with products instead. This shows you that they must have an awful manager/supervisors coz you know what they say "s#%t rolls down". One stocky bald guy working in the isle doesn't even know how to work its own register and they call him leadership. Thats gotta be a joke. He preceded to tell me that I can only use 1 manufacture coupon and 1 store coupon. I had 9 items, worth $30 and he's telling me that I can only use 1 manufacture and 1 store coupon. I wanted to laugh, because he's insisting its the register so he can shut down his customer service to me. I tried to explain so he can figure out how to ring me up properly. But he didn't. Theres no point talking to this guy, I didn't want to laugh and embarrass him in front of customers and the new cashier. So I used 1 coupon and still had a problem, till another cashier did it and it was fine. That means, that cashier knew what she was doing and that leadership did not. I mean cmon, dont blame the register when it's the leadership operator error lol. Just admit you didn't know and get help. I really suggest that they retrain these employees and familiarize them with their register and their own policy. Doesn't even know how the couponing rules works. It's embarrassing coz other Walgreens stores have such great knowledge on this and this store does not at all

If I could give them zero stars I would. My doctor writes my prescriptions three months out bc I see her every three months. Went to get a refill and pharmacist was so flipping rude and told me I didn’t have any refills I should take it up with my doctor. I feel like the pharmacists are just keeping the CONTROLLED substances for themselves! DONT USE THIS PHARMACY unless you enjoy being yelled at for no reason. I worked with the public, I get it. I never complain. But this was just too much. He literally raised his voice at me and all I did was say I think the pharmacy had a pho paw with my prescription and I was hoping he could check into it

I called and he pharmacy around 230 or so on Saturday May 20th. The man who answered the pharmacy phone was so rude. I don’t even know how he has a job.

Not even worth a star, but won't let me post without. Moving my prescriptions to more reliable pharmacy. Always a problem getting my prescriptions. They are never wrong, always have excuses for incompetence.

There are several people who don't like this Walgreens. I won't be using them again and I believe before long the people who are running the business into the ground are going to be looking for new jobs. No company has ever been to big to fail.

love Walgreens but I'll never go there again Yasin was awsome... but this Than guy yea his name is Than! treated me like a criminal and all I'm doing is my part for society is getting my booster... he kept me at the counter for 15 minutes asking stupid questions. and all were answered on your app prior to coming in. Which he was to lazy to print it or incompetent to get it. and finally he looks at my card and said you only had 1 shot and I bit my tongue and said it's the J&J...and in the end he wanted to charge me for a free booster shot...Do I wish him fired.. Well he did everything EVERYTHING WRONG on how you treat CUSTOMERS

This location has the rudest most unhelpful pharmacy staff, I would stay away. They are not concerned with the patients at all and have no concern other than their profit margins if you like being treated like a dog go here they will absolutely make you feel subhuman worst service in the entire city

The staff at Walgreens especially the Pharmacy are the absolute worst. They are unprofessional and rude!! I have never been treated so poorly by another person in my life. I will never enter another Walgreens and would definitely NOT recommend anyone else wasting their time dealing with such terrible people!

I was 4500 miles from home and became very ill. Each and every person with whom I dealt at the pharmacy was kind, patient and very helpful. They quickly filled my prescriptions and called to let me know they were ready. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
