I have package to hold from Fedex to this location. They said they don't have any package for me. I called Fedex and Walgreens staff told me they send all my package by mistake to Fedex. The staff don't even bother to check or feel bad. They just feel well mistake happen. Hope the Store Manager can fixed their staff performance! I wasting my times, money for this package and useless trip!

Pharmacy, specifically. Wait is 15-20 minutes even 2 hours after a medication is called in by the physician. State of Franklin location is much faster, as the meds are typically ready to be picked up about an hour after they’re called into the pharmacy.

Unnecessarily longer wait than other locations for medication. Pharmacy doesn’t seem to fill meds until they’re picked up, causing a 15-30 minute wait.

State of Franklin, Johnson City, Tennessee is our store. Always great customer service from the Pharmacy. Shout out to everyone in the Pharmacy who work so very hard. We appreciate you. Another shout to the cosmetic staff. Again they could not be better. Love ❤️ our Walgreens!!

Went up there today. Says you guys are open but me and two are the customers were there and you guys were not open didn’t even have any holiday hours notice put up on the doors and I really needed some medical supplies after having surgery and y’all would never closed on Sundays poor management

Any body out there that uses Walgreens Pharmacy on North Broadway in Johnson City. I would go somewhere else. They have the most Rude Liberal store manager & pharmacist in the area. I proved them wrong & they cut 1 of my 4 prescriptions off just to show they have power. The pharmacist had the store manager to call me & jump on me over the phone because I hurt her poor feelings. The pharmacist even had the nerve to argue with 2 Drs. that talked to her to straighten out the situation & told them that she has the right to refuse to fill a prescription if she felt like it. I will be filing a complaint. There will be updates as it progresses. Can't let everything out just yet.

On Saturday, October 24 I went to Walgreens to pick up my son‘s Medication. I called in a total of two prescriptions for him when I got to the drive-through window the pharmacist told me “please wait right here one of them is not ready yet” while I waited at the window for about 10 minutes she supposedly filled my son‘s medication. She came back to the window gave me the medicines and I left when I get home I notice there are one of the prescriptions in the bag so I go back to the Walgreens and I asked why didn’t I get both of them another pharmacist goes on to tell me that my son‘s prescription had expired and could not be filled…. understandable but what I don’t like is the fact that the first pharmacist that was assisting me didn’t tell what was going on. She led me to believe she had given me both medications. Very unprofessional! So please be aware of the girl with the ugly curly bob. She has very poor customer service and does not care about the well being of the customers.
