Terrible location. night supervisor Julie Martin is extremely rude to customers and very judgemental and discriminator. The store is usually empty, dirty, and/or just overrun with employees standing around conversing without helping any customers. Avoid this location!

This Walgreen is a very nice one they have the minute clinic , ups pick up , pharmacy, and picture printer. The employees are fairly friendly and it was nothing extravagant but a decent experience. I would recommend.

I called to ensure they had the form of medication for my daughter and they confirmed they did. I went to pick it up and they said "oh we have to order it" and it was delayed 2 days. I asked if another Walgreens may have it they said I'd have to call all the stores they could not look it up there was no way other than my calling all the surrounding Walgreens. I called Elizabethton, they checked all the surrounding pharmacies and called 2 to make sure for me. I transferred all my prescriptions. If you don't know what's in your store don't tell customers esp medications that can't be missed and then refuse to assist. Same for COVID vaccine. They closed in 20 minutes and said it wasn't enough time to get it ready and I could check somewhere else. I asked cant you check? I mean it's all tied by computers. I think this Walgreens must be bottom of the barrel. I dont have this problem at any other store. They also don't like it if you ask " are you sure? I get different stories every time I call."

I always use this Walgreens in JC. I actually live in Kingsport. They are always friendly inside the store & also in drive through! I've has to have my ins information change snd they tried to seamlessly get my meds approved. I appreciate them caring . I would recommend anyone to use them! Many thanks to the pharmacy tram & every last person working at this store.

I went to Walgreens today to pick up a prescription through drive thru and there was a young man with a fuzzy gotie working the window and as I proceed to pick up the prescription he asked for my drivers license and I put them in the drawer with a 100 dollar bill. He gives me my prescription and change back, I drove off and went to another store and needed my ID and went to get it only to find my license hadn't been given back so I called the pharmacy and asked the lady that answered the phone and she said that my ID wasn't there and that the tech gave it back to me and It was like the employee was calling me a lier. However, I went back to Walgreens and asked for a manager and was told that the manager wasn't there today so I proceeded to tell the lady whom may have been an acting manager beings the manager wasn't there what was going on and she said that she would go check and came back to inform me that the tech gave me my ID and I stated "NO I DID NOT!!!!" Anyway not a happy camper. Be sure that if you have to give your ID be sure they give it back to you!!!!! It's funny how it used to be the customer is always right and this goes to show you that they don't care about their customers when it comes to a compliant. The acting manager wasn't professional at all, didn't even ask to get my number so if by chance it showed up they could call me but no I just said I will call the district manager.

OK. I get random ALERTS that are wrong. Their website is very slow! Ppl overall all great I guess!
