Location at ETSU provides exceptional service with kindness and efficiency -- both Robin and Brianna were so very helpful. The national number is very frustrating to use, so going to this local office is a must. These ladies are very good examples for training of new staff. So very grateful!

I went to Verizon to research new phones for my husband and me. When looking at new phones, I had many questions about plans, insurance , etc. and Briana put my overwhelming issues at ease. She took the time to write down all the different plans and prices . She was patient and answered all my questions . Then when my husband and I came back a few days later, she continued to exhibit her professionalism by offering any other deals Verizon may have had. She was definitely there to help us get the best plan/deal for us! We will definitely be back for any other Verizon concerns because of Briana!
