Rude each time I come in. Won't let you email return labels to them and print them off. Told me the they don't have an email, yet somehow manage to run a whole post office. ?? They do, however, allow for craft hour when they hand you the supplies to do their job as it said on the instructions it was their job.

Never had any problems here. They are always helpful and polite. I am a veteran and I think there po. Box's are priced a little too high. No veterans discount.

The woman who is supposed to deliver my mail keeps returning to sender after I’ve spoke to them and thought the issue was resolved. I keep losing my packages and money because the carrier keeps returning my packages and saying I’ve moved which is not true? this is ridiculous and I’m tired of losing what I’ve paid for. They need to hire a new carrier because she obviously can’t get it together.

Both ladies at the front fest were extremely helpful. I have a small business and knowing the day before Thanksgiving is either extremely happy or everyone is stressed. I use my own shipping labels and I was informed that changing the zip code from the sending address, will give the correct post office the due credit for handling the package. This keeps this small(er) post office funded!! The more you know!

There is a grey haired lady who works here who is very curt and unhelpful every time I come. I know if I see a fiat, her car, in the parking lot there’s going to be some type of problem.

The man that works the desk is so rude. He doesn’t understand the way eBay packaging and FB mailing works. He tried to make me buy packaging both times I went to him for help. When I told him that I had sent cards this way before through every other post office in Johnson City and never had an issue, he got an attitude with me and basically told me he didn’t care that if I was going to do it I would do it his way or no way. Funny thing is, I’ve used a standard envelope for sports trading cards every single day since and have not had any issues. I just pay the additional $4 for a tracking number. I think he just wanted to make me pay more. He is extremely rude and unfriendly. Won’t return, no matter how close it is to my house.

The people working there do not know how to correctly weight the item and send them using right services!!!! The guy stay home!! !

I go here often and the staff has always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They always have the largest selection of stamps in the area.

This post office is really handy and tends to be less busy than Johnson City or Jonesborough. The last several times I've been there the person at the desk has been somewhat curt.
