“Great customer service, however extremely particular with what they take. Make sure your clothes are new, hardly worn if at all and maybe even with tags and likely trendy. They take all season year round. Also weren’t accepting XS ? Weird. Were able to get ahold of me within 30 min of dropping off clothes. Thankfully is also able to donate and didn’t have go back to pick up. But didn’t not profit anything.”

My absolute favorite goodwill location I've been to yet. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I recently got 5 pairs of khakis and a wonderful vintage lamp for less than 28 dollars. What a gem to the community.”

Large store, good selection of mens stuff.
Lots of women’s stuff things like name brand shoes or hand bags must be purchased with cash.
No sales/marked down items year round. Except for what I think was told Labor Day?
Things are kind of expensive for second hand clothing I thought things would be more starting at $3.99 but most stuff seems to be $10 and more for one piece of clothing. There was this tiny gray crop top for $9.99 and I’m just like but why tho? While there is okay clothing surprisingly - I guess I was expecting it to be similar to Plato’s. If it’s spring summer why would someone want to pay $14.99 + for a sweater/cardigan ? It seems like it should be reduced a little as it’s now not in season. Push stuff out lower to bring in all the new stuff at higher value to balance the loss… Idk.
I waited for an hour for $5 … that was probably the biggest let down.
Still decent place. Nice things.”
“I gave 5 stars because I would recommend this store. Now this is small and it's one woman in there so be patient she is so attentive and helps so much but it is home coming/pageant season. I've seen so many negative reviews about the owner but I have nothing but good things to say. She was so helpful even when the store was packed. I did trade one of my dresses in for some credit, and she was very reasonable. The prices I saw were pretty reasonable almost all of the short dresses were less than $200 and even less than $150. They have a large variety of stuff to choose from too. The longer dresses were more expensive most of which were in the hundreds, but if you trade in something you have it'll lower the price some. So over all I would say I had a great experience and would 100% recommended this store to someone looking for a good deal and some southern service and charm!”
“I’ve had some rough experiences at Plato’s over the years BUT I went to the KPT and JC one yesterday 1/25 and today 1/26 and the experience was 10/10!! I just have to mention this because it brought tears to my eyes! There was a young girl in front of me who couldn’t afford everything she had and her mom made it clear she didn’t have the money to help buy it and the girl at the register (young blonde) pulled out HER OWN wallet and paid for her stuff!! We both cried! I pray good things come to her!!”
“I was just flipping through the consignment options and looking at the reviews that some of the other consignment stores have gotten...and I had to giggle because I have had exactly the same experience with the other places. I am not gonna mention names, but one place was kinda rude to everyone and didn't really seam to want to buy anything, no matter how nice it was! And the other place was just buying a thing or two, just to say they bought something, but they would keep you waiting an hour for your 5 dollar payment, that you're definitely gonna have to wait in line to get!
THAT HAS NEVER BEEN MY EXPERIENCE AT OWL'S NEST! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WELCOMED AND HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE THERE! THANKS !”
