I have had our mailbox here for 7 years. Today the latest manager in charge terminated my box. Why? Because they sent yet another package that I had delivered here back to the shipper instead of logging it in. This is not the first time they have done that. Last week, they swore a package was not delivered to them, argued it wasn’t delivered to them. So I went to the USPS and got geo tracking imaging of it being delivered to this ups store. They eventually “found it” in the returns pile, set to be returned to the shipper, claiming new hire mistakes. I go out of town a lot for business so when another package got delivered when we were out of town, I had to wait till yesterday to retrieve it. It had been returned to sender just like they were going to do to the last package. Instead of taking accountability for their errors they terminated my box instead. We were not loud, we were not yelling, yet they threatened to call the police today because I was trying to talk with them about them terminating my box after we paid for the year. We have been at this location for 7 yrs, now, all of a sudden we are bad?! No, they keep losing our packages, they don’t take accountability for their mistakes, and they threaten to terminate your box if you have anything to say about their mistakes. I recorded our interaction today. Brittney the current store manager has been the worst store manager that has been there in the 7years we have had our box. For the first 5 years with Austin as a manager we NEVER had the problems we have had currently with this location. The last year especially has been filled with mistakes on their part and they refuse to take any accountability for it!

What a refreshing experience this morning at this UPS store, good costumer service is hard to come by these days . The young man with the Burt Reynolds mustache was so nice and helped me with my Amazon return. The other two ladies working has smiles on their face as well.

Absolutely awful!!!!
We walked into the store, waited our turn, the moment we get to Tiffany's counter she treated us with the worse attitude. Said shes been standing here waiting on us, as if we should have known. Right off the bat she was so hateful! If you hate helping people, dont work in customer service.

We came to the UPS store on Browns Mill Rd in Johnson City, Tn, on July 12 2025 and July 13 2025. Tiffany got the pleasure of helping us bless her heart, because I had issues with return labels and Tiffany finally ended up sending the labels to the store email herself. She also helped us with another package we wanted to send back. And we forgot 1 item so we had to come back today and again I couldn’t find the return label so she helped us again. She was so very patient and helpful, she was friendly and smiling and laughing with us like she really enjoys her job. Thank you Tiffany!! And if I could I would give her 10 stars ⭐️
