worst company to work with. woke up to get easy for work go outside and no car i sight . call them barb says she has no idea what im talking about they had no cars taken. call the county police for where im at they said Unaka had it towed at 2:02am . Didn’t receive a call email even a simple text . idk who the lady that got on the phone after Barb was but she was rude argumentative and very unprofessional. they assumed i moved but im out of town dealing with family issues payment of 500 was scheduled for friday and my insurance is covered through february of 2025 . so not only am i stranded in de now with an 8mon old who’s car seat stroller etc is in that car (they are aware and don’t care) i had to call around find my own car bc they refused to tell me and now im being charged 60 on top of not being able to get anything i need until tomorrow to get my own stuff out of a car that should not have been taken in the first place .

Yeah! Was looking 4 a car, walked in eye ask the person about the car seen. He Told Me eye said eye'll come back. Anyways my daughter said she's gonna come there and get a whip aka car. ????

Bought 2011 Honda Fit, they would mix my payment up with someone whose name is similar to mine. I have made payments almost all the time and had a bad complication with breaking out in hives from surgery and they were adamant about payment being made or return the car. After paying nearly 4,000 dollars not to mention the 1,800 dollars my Mother paid in addition to the down payment I no longer have a vehicle. I have a very bad back and now I am walking to go places and had to quit my job. I hope these people never get an illness and then have to lose their way to get around.

Great people. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and they have been amazing! Both vehicles I bought were in great shape with absolutely no issues! I recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a quality vehicle!

Bought a car from here last week and already the transmission is overheating. Took it to them and asked for repair on it and they denied be able to. I was not told the transmission was overheating, I was told as is. So best bet is to not come here as they will obscure what’s wrong with their vehicles.
