WORST CAR WASH EVER! A while ago I got my car washed and the logos got scrubbed off! Luckily I got them back but still! Then I took my other car for a wash hoping to have a better outcome and the car wash brush took my trim off my roof! I told them and they made a report said they’d call to get a new one they never called! Been over a month!!!!!!!!! I went in multiple times trying to speak to someone they were rude and never helpful! I still have not got my trim piece payed for and fixed! Horrible employees horrible car wash. The employee who took my report didn’t even know how to spell half the words he wrote! Hiring kindergartners!

Car wash is decent but they don’t give good cleaner for interior. The customer service was terrible for me even after speaking with them over the phone. Their monthly membership was not clear and at the time I signed up for it there was no attendee there to speak with. I will be using another place to get my car washed.

The W Oakland location has been closed the last two times I’ve been. I requested a refund for my monthly subscription and was told it was only down for 30 minutes and I should’ve waited. It’s hard to justify paying for a monthly subscription when you can’t use it.

Ultimate shine is the best automatic car wash I've used. I do the monthly plan, so I can take my car whenever I need to. If you wash your car at least twice in a month, then monthly is the way to go. The wash cleans good, and the attendants at the entrance do pretty good cleaning the bugs and stuff off, but this can be hit or miss. My car always looks good after, so can't complain.

This car wash is always clean and well stocked with items to clean my car. I’m becoming a regular and every time I visit, James is smiling and providing the best atmosphere and assistance. He’s full of compliments and in high spirit. This business is very welcoming and always recommend to my friends and family.

This car wash scratched my car. When inquired about this issue with the employee he did not even listen to me and said it had already been there. How can he know that when there was salt all over the car? Would not recommend. I literally paid to get my car scratched.
