I went in for a screen repair on my iPhone. They were able to get me in and out super quickly! The phone looks brand new now. They even cleaned my phone for me and made it look amazing. Super efficient, great customer service, very skilled technicians. 10/10 service. I will be bringing all of my tech here in the future for repairs!

Tech at the store was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. Including the phone number for the insurance company which was of lousy help, and denied the claim so paid total out of pocket and will cancel the insurance company.

My Pixel 8 pro had a malfunctioning screen so I took it to uBreakIFix in Johnson City and they repaired the phone with a new certified Google screen the same day. This process only took two hours as they maintain stock for popular electronics and Colton provided phenomenal customer service. I will be bringing my electronic repair business here in the future.

Took a phone here that had been ran over and totally destroyed. They were able to transfer everything on to a new phone and even helped me set up my new account at no extra charge. I took my ps5 there for my hdmi because my hdmi port wasn’t working and the man told me it would be at least 7 to 10 days and they got it done in 6.Very happy I can get back to my game :)

I had broken the screen on my iPhone pro 13 max. Luckily my insurance through Verizon didn't have a deductible. I went through Verizon to select my repair option and chose Ubreakifix since I did not want to send it via mail and be without my phone for 3 days.
I called Ubreakifix on a late Friday afternoon to ensure they had the parts or would be able to fix it when I arrived. Justin assured me that I would be able to select the repair date without the parts being available (?) and said it would be minimum 1.5-2hrs (bc it's a full screen repair and can't for see if there would be any issues (communication ??). He also mentioned that if I arrived after 4:30-5pm his tech support team wouldn't be there and there could be additional wait time if unforseen issues arise with the phone (honest communication ???), but tech support is available most of the day even on Saturdays.
So I came next day on a Saturday morning close to an hour after opening. They of course already had phone repairs they were working on and always someone coming in the door. Colton informed me bc of that it could take 2-2.5 hrs depending. No worries, I was prepared to wait. However, my phone didn't have any unforseen issues or additional things to repair just the broken screen. My phone was repaired in a lot less time. It may not always work that way if I have to come again. But I will definitely choose to come to this store if it does rather than have to send it in via mail or have a repair tech meet me.
